Peño Mediterranean Grill

Our group went for lunch. Everything was freshly made and tasted good. The indoor dining area is closed off and we had to eat outside. Little disappointed by sitting outdoors due to the construction on the space next door which is unoccupied.

Visited today! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was clean and the food is fresh. This was our second time eating here and will continue to do so as long as it’s in business.Hugs to the owner and I wish them well in the future and hope they can stay open. If you’re ever in the area, give them a try!

This place is fantastic! It's super clean, the employees are so welcoming and friendly, and the food is phenomenal in terms of quality, quantity, and price. I've eaten here three or four times in the past few months as I have traveled from the north end back home, and I've never been disappointed in the least. I had the classic Greek Gyro last time, and it was so big I could hardly hold it intact (that is a good thing). I chose the beef/lamb protein option, and it was super. The classic hummus was awesome, and they have flavored hummus options, too. Baba Ghanoush I had on another trip, and it was great, as was their falafel. For Mediterranean fare, you cannot go wrong with this restaurant, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

If you get it delivered, be sure to let them know you need utensils if you’re at work or at a resort. Luckily a guest heard me say that I have nothing to eat it with. They went up to their room and brought me a spork. Otherwise, I got the veggie platter - tabouleh salad, spicy hummus & pita, tomato avocado salad and 8 stuffed grape leaves. Uber eats $21.40 (not including tip). It’s really really good! -1 star for no utensils. Thank you so much for the backhanded apology!!!

Best Mediterranean food around. I drive from Surfside because it’s so good. Order food every week sometimes twice a week and haven’t had bad food yet! Always tons of chicken and the dressing is the best.

I can easily tell that everything is fresh daily! The Greek platter is exceptional in every way. Staff is friendly, and facility is clean.If we lived here, we'd be regular customers, for sure!

Perfection- coming in from out of town we were hungry! What a relief to see our favorite place in Myrtle! The ladies were patient, kind and every bit as fantastic as the food they make. So happy we were able to enjoy a meal as a family. Thank you ladies for a phenomenal meal

Vegetarian options: My favorite options are all sides- I order grape leaves, baba ganoush, and falafel!

We went for lunch. I got the beef/lamb gyros and hubby had the same but as platter. We love Mediterranean food and there’s a really good Greek restaurant where we live so we have a point of comparison. This place didn’t disappoint. It was so good we came back to get take out for dinner. This will be one of our go to places when we visit Myrtle beach. Price is reasonable ($28 for our food), staff efficient and the place is clean.

We had the classic Gyro and the Casada bowl. They both tasted wonderful. It all seemed really fresh. The employees were very friendly.

Best Gyro I've found down here. Great staff, Not sure if they were twins or sisters that looked alike but they were so friendly and went out of their way to help me out. I will definitely be back sooner than later.

Amazing food and service. I had the Beef and Lamb Greek Gyro and was sublime. The meat was so tender and flavorful. My wife had the Falafel Gyro. She said it was the best she ever had. This was the best meal I’ve had in years at a restaurant. Fast and friendly service. The meal was on the table within a few minutes of ordering. Highly recommend.

We knew it was going to be a decent dining experience when we entered the restaurant and all the tables were clean and no trash/debris on the floor. We ordered gyros and gyro platter. The lamb/beef was absolutely delicious and prepared fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful.Would we return here? YES, absolutely!

Outstanding delicious food. It has many vegan friendly options. I was impressed that the falafels were not dry and bready like in many other places. It’s just chickpeas.Everything else was super tasty and the price was very affordable compared with many other restaurants. I can highly recommend Peño Mediterranean Grill.
