Excellent authentic and flavorfull pho. Tried their Noodle Soup, Hu Tieu Kho (#25 on the menu). Underneath the pork and shrimp are rice noodles and various aromatics along with bean sprouts. They serve this delicious clear broth on the side so you can add as much or as little as you want. Fantastic flavor! This is our go-to for Vietnamese food in MB.
The service we had was amazing, Austin really knew his stuff and even offered great suggestions. He was very attentive to requests and questions. He went above and beyond to make it feel like a home cooked comfort meal.

Our noodles were not cooked all the way. The broth was not hot enough to cook the rare meat slices. The vegetable’s, sprouts, lime slices, & jalapeños, we were given a small portion not enough for our order.
