My family and I was recently vacationing at Myrtle beach, there was 10 of us Dec 26 thru Jan 2. We went to the Medieval Times dinner had an amazing time so we seen that there was a Pirates dinner, so we wanted to do that one as well I cost over $700.00 for all 10 of us. We went Dec 30 the 6pm show, sat in the Emerald A3 row. Let me start off that the show itself was really good, I'd like to say it was amazing as well but what stopped us from having an amazing job was the staff and our waitress. You could tell she did not like her job, frowned the whole time. As she seated us she was rude saying you have to move in real close to each other and the toddlers have to sit on laps. Ok to problem they usually do but we were packed in so tight you have no elbow room to move let alone eat. As she continues on asking what we want to drink and brings the drinks as she is pouring all the drinks spills pop and water all the way down as she goes not offering to help or give additional napkins to clean it up. We had a mess and again we were in there tight so cleaning it up was not easy. As she brought the food there was no smile no talking just placed the food on the plates aggressively and the mac and cheese was given in such small amounts, she wasn't filling up the scoop that she was using, it was half full. I had to give mine to the of the kids so they would have enough to eat. So then she just stood at the end of our row watching the show. We needed drink refills, we had to wait to see if she would pass back by to ask for that and she would look the other way to ignore us. I was getting very aggravated with this because most of us was drinking water so she could have just brought a pitcher around asking if we needed refills. She never came by to ask if we needed anything. We had to wave her down to get the refills. And at one point told us that it would be the last refill we could get, and show wasn't even over and we had only ever got one other refill from and had to wave her down to get that. She played a small part in the show and you could tell she just was not having any fun. Had frown on her face the entire time. She really ruined the experience for us. It saddens me because if she hated her job that bad give it to someone that enjoys working with public in that type of environment. That cost a lot of money for her to have ruined it.

Attended this Dinner Show recently and enjoyed it. I've done one before in Pigeon Forge around the same time frame a couple years ago.
The theme was a Christmas Pirate Voyage. Not sure how I really felt about it. The show was good but I guess I was hoping for something like the original show. Maybe I'll come back at a later time outside of the holiday themed shows.
The food was lacking a little this time. The chicken was undercooked, corn was extremely hard, but the soup, biscuit, and dessert were amazing.
The show was good and I would encourage others to see it regardless of the theme. It's a family friendly environment. I went with a party of 11. I wish we were more in the center than the corners so th kids could see the show better but it's okay. They still enjoyed the acts right in front of us.

Went as a group of 11 (3 families). Everyone had a great time, we watched the Christmas pirate show, it was very good - different than the original. Was a great family environment for all. Food was good. Drinks were good. Would for sure recommend to families to go if you haven’t before.

Food good. Service good. The preshow was crowded and hard to hear. I don't think you'll miss a whole lot of you skip the preshow. The main show was exuberant with great dancing, singing, acrobatics and sea lions.

Amazing!! My husband and I took our 3 grands tonight for the show. Their ages 13-21. They loved it. 🙌
The food was delicious.
The soup and biscuits were nice and hot. The chicken perfectly seasoned. The Mac and cheese so creamy and one of the best I ever had. The ham slice was hot. The corn on cob was perfect. And the dessert……..oh my what a treat. You can pick a hot apple turnover or chocolate coconut cake! I chose the cake my husband had the apple that way we were able to share both! I really enjoyed the desert! So cool that they had a QR code to order and pay for adult beverages and they bring it right to you!
The show was fantastic! Love the seal “salty”. The mermaids, the diving pirates were so entertaining.
The server did such a great job! He was attentive and very professional. We had great seats on the H row.
We are locals and love coming here every few years.
Will see yall again! Thank you for a wonderful dinner and show!💕

We truly enjoyed the Pirates Voyage show — it was exciting, well-organized, and visually impressive. The performances were engaging from start to finish, and the overall atmosphere made for a very memorable experience. The service was also excellent; the staff were friendly, attentive, and contributed positively to the evening.
However, the vegetarian meal was unfortunately very disappointing. Our plates were left completely untouched, as the food lacked flavor, seasoning, sauce, and overall appeal. There was no depth of taste or balance, which was surprising given the otherwise high quality of the experience. We sincerely hope this aspect will be improved in the future.
Aside from the vegetarian food, the show and service were outstanding, and we would still recommend the experience for its entertainment value.

Very expensive. I went for Christmas. Chicken, ham and macncheese was NASTY! The potato soup was okay. The CAKE AND THE BISCUITS WERE AMAZING!!! Don’t really know how much to tip the servers here??? I needed my drink refilled more. Anyways, the show was amazing and fun for all ages. Date night fun if you want to splurge. I don’t think it’s worth the price though.
It’s was a great experience, I’ve been in Disneyland and the show made me remember the shows that are given there. The scenario and all the effects were amazing. I totally recommend to go to have dinner there is you are in town.
I didn’t have a lot interaction with the staff but I didn’t find friendly the person that was guiding to the sits however the waiters and the other staff gave a nice welcome.
The food was ok. My favourite was the appetizer and the dessert.
From any sits the view is good, if you want to save money I will recommend taking the standard sit, the view is still pretty good from there. I took the premium sits , the good thing of that sit and the only difference is that you are closer to the stage.
If you have small kids, use ear protection because the noise of the cannons can be quite loud.

This was our second time back in less than a year. My 3 year old won’t stop talking about it. And the employees are incredibly friendly. They were overly accommodating for my daughter’s allergies. And the performers are all so talented and entertaining.

My 5 year old son is obsessed, so we've been a handful of times. Food is better than you'd expect, service is great, and the show is phenomenal!
The primary purpose for my review is to shout out the blonde kid who was first on the swing for the Saphire team on 12/13. I swear that he touched the ceiling. Well done, man 👊.

Who doesn’t love pirates? When I saw this advertisement on every other billboard in Myrtle Beach lol I knew I had to go. I was a little skeptical because it gives a children show but after talking to one of the many friendly uber drivers he said it’s good for all ages. However when we pulled up it was kids galore lol and I felt a little out of place. Once inside they take pictures and it seems cool for families and kids but it wasn’t my cup of tea but not the worst thing. There’s downstairs sitting pre show and you can also go upstairs. It’s recommended to go upstairs because it’s first come first serve when the curtains open. And that was the best advice. People start lining up and it can get chaotic anyways you’re seated and greeted and drinks are given. Kinda watered down but who needs all that sugar anyway. The biscuit and vegetable soup was delicious to me. The dinner was ok a big chunk of chicken and sides the Apple turnovers for desert was good. The show was entertaining. My husband throughly enjoyed it. They engaged the crowd they had splashed shields for the little ones in front and it was amazing acrobatics. I would definitely go again and bring the kids along !

I rate the whole show as a two because I was disappointed at the pre show there was nothing much but hand jesters. For it being around Christmas there was a short manger part of the show which it use to be a camel and a great scene years back. Price is up and show was not as good. Very Disappointed for the price.
