We ordered pizza for delivery at 8:52pm. The app said 30-40 min estimated delivery time. Then we got an update for an estimated delivery time of 9:30. We then got stuck in limbo, no amswer at the store and no updates. Finally around 10:30 our pizza showed up. Luke warm at best.

Ordered medium PAN pizza they gave me a stuffed crust! And I called 2 times to order maybe they can’t read! PIZZA HUT is known for its PAN PIZZA!

On vacation made the mistake of ordering here. Pizza not cooked when arrived and no soda. No resolution after paying over $40. Did make a complaint by email they did not read it as they blamed the delivery guy. The delivery guy does not cook pizzas. Ashamed. Never again. Things cost too much for this type of service

Didn't receive one of my pizzas, contacted store number immediately. Number leads to a call center that is not authorized to fix mistakes, so they would say they were transferring me to the local store, but the number would ring indefinitely without answer. On my third attempt I finally got through to a pizza hut employee. They offered to bring the missing pizza to me. I recieved the missing pizza roughly two hours after the initial delivery.

First off the app SUCKS! I have a pizza hut 0n 76th ave N 2 blocks from my house. I put in my zip code and that store came up and some how my store choice changed to the 901 South store! When I saw this I called the store within 5 minutes the person put me on hold. That was 2:05 PM 9/14/2024 that phone is still on hold at 2:32 PM. I have another phone and called on that phone at 2:10 PM Ryan answered the phone and he transferred to Alex and by now I'm pretty ticked off. I was raising my voice but not cursing because by now the 15 minutes are up and my pizza is 7 miles away instead of 2 blocks away. Alex hung up on me. I called back and it has been 25 minutes on hold on my 3rd call and 41 minutes on my 1st call that never got picked up! I'm hanging up both calls and 1st thing Monday I will be working my way up the pizza hut corporate ladder. So Alex expect a call from them!
