The service was great and the food was good. We are happy with our order, and we are glad we chose pizza hut over others because it's not available locally for us, and it brought back nostalgic memories. I love the new hut box!! Just enough food for the price.

Got lunch today - the gentleman at the front was kind and my order was made extremely fast. I got home and this has to be the best pizza I’ve ever had from p-hut and that says a lot because I’m a die hard p-hut fan!! So kudos to this location !! Yall got it perfect !!

Order (2) medium 5 topping pizza deal
My kid cried and told me I ordered the wrong pizza. After I told him that is did order the correct pizza. He said There is hardly anything on it. Only ordered 3 out of 5 toppings and toppings were definitely light.
Kid-friendliness: Made my kid upset by being skimpy on toppings.

On. Sunday, September 15th at 11:25pm i placed an order for delivery. I live a mere 10 mins away from location. It is now 12:11 am September 16th and i had to call to find out that my order was cancelled when there was more than enough time to make and deliver the pizza. I got no call email nothing to let me know that my order was cancelled. Some ppl just shouldn’t run businesses if the job can’t be done. I will never order from here again, with their 3.2 star rating i shouldn’t have ordered in the first place. I also added a photo of the email showing that they had plenty of time to execute my order.

Ordered delivery my order came without the pasta and instead I had my side order of cheese sticks inside the dinner box, also missing the 2 liter soda. I called the store explaining I only wanted the two missing items replaced. the manager on the phone said they could Only replace the soda by itself or the entire meal. I asked why she couldn’t send the pasta she said she could only send the pasta if we send the first order back and they would send a whole new order so I said fine..we waited…DoorDash driver turned up with only a soda no pizza box etc. And fyi DoorDash drivers won’t do food exchanges etc and the manager is aware of that too. So I called the store back again…this time they didn’t answer the call. It’s just the lack of common sense for me, I own a restaurant in nyc that serves mostly takeout a delivery…if my manager dealt with a situation the way this manager did….i’d close up and choose a new business because how could anyone be stupid enough to think that woman is capable of being in charge, heck even smart enough to answer a phone an speak to the public. If it wasn’t so stormy I’d see her in person tonight. But I might stop by tomorrow before we head back to nyc.
Food, service and cleanliness/condition of the store is 100% better since they moved to the new location.
