I ordered a large hand tossed pepperoni pizza. I picked up my pizza at the exact time posted in app (20 minutes). I could have gotten a fresher pizza from little Caesars. This pizza was stale, it is almost like someone didn't pickup their pizza and they just gave me the old one. Super sad man this ruined my night I was looking forward to this comfort meal.

For a supreme pizza the toppings did not hit the mark. Very few toppings. Pizza seemed to be undercooked as in very doughy and chewy.

Horrible customer service.. I placed an order on the app.. he said he doesn’t see it my husband showed him proof he refused to look at it.. did nothing to help at all!! He was very sarcastic.. he asked for a refund and he said no he can’t give him anything he doesn’t see.. my husband tried to show him but he refused to look at it! He told my husband to leave his store and yes my husband got up set because of how the employee acted as if he didn’t care but says “ we had this problem earlier.. ok well did you help them..he. did nothing to help us .. only gave sarcastic answers.. my husband told him that he wil just come back in the morning the employee said I don’t care!! The worst customer service skills ever

The young lady hung up me when I tried to explain that her store delivered to my area.... 4 miles and same.zip. I still have no pizza. Never again

I asked her extra sauce on a pizza and they sarcastically gave me extra sauce and nothing but sauce, and I called an asked for a manager, and she basically chewed me out and she said that there's cheese under all that sauce when she gave me about a pound of sauce on the pizza very unprofessional and very, very rude management i have pictures I posted i won't ever spend another cent here mind you I spent 38.00 plus a 10.00 tip so whatever enjoy ur crappy pizza and no customers 😉

The two ladies cooking were pushing out orders as fast as they were coming in and still had a smile on their face and a good attitude. Could really use a couple more chairs.
