Worst customer service ever!! I ordered for delivery and it was delivered somewhere else. Called and spoke to Steven who said he was the manager. He proceeded to try to blame me for the screw up. He even said something about fraud taking place with hotel orders. I told him I didnt care about or want to hear about that, I needed a refund! At that point I felt like I was the one being scammed. He continued to try to blame me saying the address was wrong and I had proof of the address that was given online. He refused to refund my $52 citing something about company policy. Then after continuing to try to blame me for staff screw up gave me an 800 number because he “couldn’t” refund my money. This was my first and last time dealing with this store. The manager needs additional customer service training. Instead of saying hey our mistake, continued to not take responsibility. I wonder if this is how they treat all of their customers when an issue arises. Don’t go there. I cant say how the food is because I never got it. But at this point I wouldn’t trust it.

If you are looking for customer service... Do not use this location.I was "Okayed" by Bridget over and over with her stating she was one of the managers.Had an error on my part by selecting a wrong address for delivery. I caught my mistake, called the location, explained what happened only to receive an "okay" with the phone call being disconnected.I called back to see if there was something they could do about my points I had redeemed. Reached a corporate call center. They will reach out in 24 hours.I personally started feeling bad about having corporate involved cause I've been on that side.I call back to chat with a manager to give them a heads up and wanting to see what happens to my points. I get the store this time. Asked for a manager. It was the same person that handled my initial call admitting my error. Bridget states we cancelled that order. I say thank you cause that was not conveyed during my call initially. It starts with yes it was. Hmm.. if that was the case why did I call back to get corporate and file a complaint of the only customer service I received was 'Okay'.The call begins with Bridget repeatedly saying okay to my suggestion of next time make a guest knows you're cancelling so they don't call back.I hope the owner reads this review and hope the corporate email finds this review.

I THINK EVERYONE IN THIS PLACE IS ON DRUGS OR SOMETHING.... WE ORDERED ONLINE AND WENT TO PICK IT UP AFTER ABOUT 20 MINUTES, AND NOBODY HAD EVEN MADE OUR PIZZA. SO THEY TOLD US TO WAIT 10 MORE MINUTES, SO WE RAN TO THE STORE AND WHEN WE GOT BACK, HE SAID HE HAD TO REMAKE OUR PIZZA BECAUSE THE ONE THEY MADE GOT COLD.....SO WE ENDED UP WAITING FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR FOR A PIZZA THAT WAS SUPPOSED ONLY TAKE 15 MINUTES....

I placed a order for a large pizza and family size pasta said it would be here in 30 minutes. 1&1/2 hours later no food. Call back and was told it was sent out with door dash and the order was delivered and I would have to track it down.

Placed an order on the app and updates showed it was being cook and was actually in delivery, when 5 mins before it was supposed to arrive I received a call from them. I confirmed my address as requested and he said that his store was 25 miles from my location, when I looked it up though it was 14 miles. He told me it still shouldn't have gone to the store and to not use and app and just call the correct store. When I asked about a refund he chuckled and said it would be at least Monday before I got my order and that I should have called a store.

If I could leave no stars I would. Pizza was ordered on sept 9, 2023. They said they delivered pizza. Pizza was not delivered. 3 p hone calls were made. Each time I was put on hold for at least 20 min. No one tried to solve the missing pizza but they happily took the $73 with out providing the pizza I ordered. And they certainly couldn't be bothered to give me a refund. This place needs some training in customer service. They have no ethics or care for there customers. This place is terrible. Do not eat or order here. This was my last chance for themTo do better. And they obviously do not care. They have the tourist to keep them floating I guess.

They don’t even have delivery drivers, the use door dashers & or dasher confirmed our order as delivered when it was to help her time. She called 20 minutes later saying she’s getting gas!! & showed up with cold food!!!!!! Ridiculous NEVER AGAIN!!!!
