Wings are good customer service is terrible. I ordered wings for takeout and drove about 12 minutes to the store, after the girl asked my name and swiped my card she asked “wanna leave a tip or no?” Which I replied “no thanks” she gave me a dirty look handed me the food, I said thankyou and she slammed the window. For what reason do you even think you should get a tip? For simply swiping my card? I always tip the delivery drivers very well but if I’d have to drive myself to get it I’m not tipping you just to swipe my card. I will not be going back there

We ordered the new tavern pizza with the pesto DRIZZLE not dumped on which is what we got. When asked to have it fixed the manager was extremely rude. That’s after going through the drive through to pick up and the girl asking “how much are you going to tip? $1? 2 or 3 dollars?”

This is the second time we have ordered since we have moved. The first time they forgot half of the order and we had to go pick up the rest of it. This time all of our pizzas were undercooked. Not just by a little either. They were completely dough, the bottom was just cooked that was it. We will never order from here again. Very disappointing.

I have been a lifelong fan of Pizza Hut, particularly for their crispy thin-crust pizza. On average, I order pizza once a week, but over the last six months, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of the food and service.

Consistently, my pizza has arrived undercooked and cold, with the vegetables on the pizza also cold and undercooked. I’ve often had to put the pizza in the oven to cook it further upon arrival. If I wanted to cook my pizza at home, I could easily do so with a frozen pizza and without paying the additional delivery fees.

Additionally, now that Pizza Hut no longer hires its own delivery drivers and relies on third-party services like DoorDash, the quality has worsened. My orders often take over an hour and a half to arrive, and the pizza isn’t kept in a warming box, so it's cold and under cooked when it gets to me. The final straw was my most recent order when the DoorDash delivery driver was so rude that she started yelling at me upon arrival.

I’m officially done. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut anymore.

The last couple of times we ordered boneless honey BBQ wings, they have been dry with barely any sauce. I once thought they were the best boneless wings ever...Now there is barely any sauce and impossible to "toss them" to cover them in sauce. If I wanted dry tasteless wings, I could spend less and go to McDonald's. Paying more for less seems to be the trend! It will be a long time before I order from Pizza Hut again!! It's substandard to what it once was. Not sure if it's cutting down to save money or lazy employees who couldn't care less. Either way...I'm done.

When I place an order and I pay an additional fee for delivery charge on top of a nice tip I would expect at least to get my order correct. I do understand mistakes happen but not to be able to talk to anybody and get ahold of any manager to rectify the situation is unacceptable. You won't stay in business this way. Socastee store needs SERIOUS help!

Lived in Forestbrook for about two years now and never had any issues with this Pizza Hut. Orders are always correct, food is hot, and delivery times are always reasonable.

Not only did it take 20 minutes to make a personal pan pizza with nobody there. It wasn't cut. It was less than a quarter of a weight cut so as soon as I tried to pick up a slice everything stuck together and then all the toppings and cheese slid onto the car floor. When I called to complain, I was completely brushed off, upset because I didn't wanna drive all the way back there. When I explained it wasn't cut - OK, what do you want me to do and then when I asked why did it take 20 minutes? I was informed that's how long it takes a personal pan pizza to cook. The only way it takes 20 minutes to cook a personal pan pizza is if you're using a lighter. This place is never been very good and it's just getting worse avoid it like the plague

so this one doesnt have military discounts but the one in conway does which confuses me and i order a large cheese pizza somehow got green pepper on it but over all service is quick
