I ordered pizza online. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes. It took actually an hour. I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes. The pizza was not that good and the breadsticks did not have any seasoning on it and so it was just bread. Very disappointed, not to mention my kiddos had to wait till after 7:30pm to eat since it took an hour for the pizza to get made, instead of the 15 minutes that it said on-line.

Ordered a pizza online, went in to get it because it said it was ready, I had my voice box removed from cancer so talking is difficult. I waited patiently while the old lady that looked like a homeless person did everything but wait on me. When she finally got to me she said it would be a few minutes. When I explained the app said it was ready ay 7:31 & its currently 7:47, she made fun of my speaking abilities then tried to show me off, when I would not accept her bs, she looked again in the rack a saw my pizza providing she was lying. Never returning here or any other Pizza Huy if this is the caliber of employees and service.

No point in ordering ahead here. Given a few chances. Says 20 minutes or so for pickup, show up at correct time and they tell you another 20 minutes. They never even started the order. Has happened more than once!

The last three times we've gotten pizza at pizza Hut it's been awful food. The toppings are so little I have to add cheese to it when we get home. It used to be my favorite pizza, but the quality is worse than a frozen pizza. Paid almost $40 for two medium pizzas that were absolutely mediocre at best. Done with pizza hut. Never again.

When we arrived at 4:25, the lady at the counter said nobody was working the dining room until 4:30. She let is sit down. She then took our order saying the server will either come at 4:30 or another hour. It took 45 min for our pizza to come. Several people came in, sat down and ended up leaving. This was our second time experiencing this. Will not be back.
This is perfect if you were born in the 70s or 80s this mecca still exists! It was like I was 10 years old on family night strolling into pizza hut ready for pan pizza and breadsticks. Honestly I am not sure if anything besides the drinking glasses changed, sadly no giant red plastic cups. But wow the pizza was exactly how it used to be in fact all the pizza was, and you cannot get that up in New England. I have been on the hunt for 30 years only to be sad and disappointed at the pizzas sold by other pizza hut express locations. This place is the real deal and if you're in search of a 40 year walk down memory lane this is one heck of a place to start. Thanks for bringing back my childhood OG Pizza Hut. Please keep in mind thisnis pizza hut pizza we arent talking sallys, peppes, modern, zuppardi, or roselands but its still the king of chain pizza shops

I was taken aback by the mold and water spots on the ceiling when we walked in. The inside was surface level clean for sure. The old light fixtures are so cute. Just an old building with little to no upkeep happening. It was pouring rain and there were only 2 other groups dining inside. A woman approached us and we told her we'd like to dine in. She gave a big smile and sat us at a booth. We ordered a pizza and breadsticks, and we knew what to expect. Both were fresh and hot! Pizza hut is not a fancy pizza joint, and the price is reflective of that. But we had good pizza, and great service.

Pizza Hut needs to do better!!! Eating in black mold is not an ideal situation. Having your employees work in black mold or any mold for that matter needs to be corrected by DHEC at their next visit. The food on the buffet was okay. Our waitress was phenomenal!!!
