My mother & I stopped in real quick for a bite since it was the only pizza place open close by. Needless to say, we definitely won’t be back. We didn’t even finish the pizza bc it was so terrible. I’m sorry but not sorry. I asked for “extra” mushrooms (we paid on the app)& I didn’t even get them. The pizza was WAY too doughy, & definitely not worth the $18 we paid for. They didn’t even give us napkins at the drive through, just hurried us away. Never again here. You’re better off just going to a nearby gas station that sells a better quality pizza than whatever we got here.

App said order was ready for pickup. Upon arriving had to wait in the drive thru. When it was my turn and I got up to the window, I was asked to pull back around the drive thru. Which resulted in an additional 15 min wait on top of the 1st wait in line. Very poor service if you ask me. How does having to wait in a drive thru line make things more convenient?

Pizza hut didn't have sausage for the pizza which is most likely they forgot to order sausage. They sent a pizza which was something not ordered and didn't know how to resolve the situation.

Online order was flagged as ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Got there and was told it would 8 minutes before it was ready. Got back in line and after 20 more minutes I was told it was never even put in the oven.

Just left - actually still in the parking lot. The lady I just dealt with named Jamie was probably one of the nicest most sincere people I've come across in a long time. She seems to really care about her job and unfortunately that's not a common thing. If the owner is reading this, give this lady a raise and hang onto her as long as you can.

Restaurant was filthy, we ordered our drinks and got those, we then ordered our food and we were the only people in the restaurant, 10 minutes go by nothing, 20 still nothing. 30 why do we have no food. At almost an hour the waitress comes back and says they threw out her ticket. We walked out and are getting our food from a different location. Worst Pizza Hut ever.
