We received and paid for street corn that we did not order, we had to flag someone down for napkins. The staff upon leaving,( though there were six of them having a conversation) not one of them bothered to thank us though we spent more than $60 for a light snack. On the positive side the view was lovely, the street corn was delicious! (The margaritas were average and expensive.)
The food used to have very little flavor, but since they hired a new kitchen staff for Pollo Loco, everything is as authentic as it could possibly be. The new recipes are exceptional!! I had the chicken and cheese empanadas, fresh chips, salsa, guacamole, and tacos. Couldn't get enough! Much much MUCH better!! I'm impressed.

Lots of employees standing around looking lost got seated and not a word from server for 10 15 minutes. Saw 2 other tables walk out because same issue but stayed food was good but definitely sticking to margaritas way better all around
