We got their chicken tenders and although we had to wait about 10 minutes for them to be cooked, they were super delicious! The chicken was moist and tender, yet the breading was crunchy.

The woman behind the counter just dumped so much sauce on them...So disappointed & absolutely will NOT go back!

Even when I tossed them...they were swimming in sauce! Waste of my money 🙄

Then there were pieces in there that look like nugget balls....

Wait times are long, cause they got so many orders and can only cook so much chicken at once. Staff are nice and always go above and beyond. The chicken tops KFC and Bojangles all day long. I will only come here for my fried chicken. It is so delicious.

Got a ton of food through Uber last night, it was all hot and still mega crunchy by the time it got here. The sweet and spicy sauces are awesome. The buffalo is pretty good nothing crazy, would like a hotter version

Went there 2 times looking for a chichen sandwich. And once again. They have nothing. Just drumsticks and wings . That look like there from yesterday. Lost my business.

It's the best chicken ever. The mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni are so delicious. The biscuits are so moist with that honey, melt in your mouth.

I was in drive thru for 10 mins. It seems they didn't want to take my order. Slow service. Employees smoking behind the building

Don’t come here unless you wanna wait over 40 min for your food and the door is locked so you can’t even go in to see about your order. They were also out of mild tenders. Sad service

I went to Surfside location to pick up a Door Dash order. I get there, go in and stood there for a minute when an employee, who has a bad attitude and not professional said dining room is closed. The order was only a drink. I had to get in drive through life and wait 15 minutes to get a drink. No sign saying dining room closed, and I walked past the employee to go through the door and she said nothing. I get another order later, get to the intercom and had to wait about 15 minutes for shift change. That shouldn't take that long. I was told to go to window to be told "we cannot see your order because of shift change". Told her it was door dash. We'll they had not even started the order. The same rude employee came up after the first and just said "suhthin wrong". I won't ever go there and spend my money. Bad customer service is worse than bad food in my opinion.

I'm not from there but my experience was excellent...we waited for fresh chicken🍗 and upon entering everyone said "welcome to Popeyes" shout out the young guy in drive thru and his mother as his manager,,we will definitely be back 🍗 because we love that chicken 🍗 from Popeyes 😂👍
