Went out to get food at the Arepa Spot and saw this place across the street. These places are in such a cool little area that’s almost like a smaller version of the Market Commons or a mini Charleston.
Decided to walk over and check it out and give it a try. Tried the chocolate craze and it was really good. The owner Phoenix was really nice and gave me a sample of one of her energy balls. Another hidden gem of Myrtle Beach I will be going back to.

Delicious food! Greta service! Great price! We had an avocado toast, egg and cheese sandwich, and chocolate craze smoothie! So delicious. Wish we lived here locally. The avocado toast was light and fresh. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a healthier option and try to intake more protein. They have protein balls on the menu. Didn’t get a chance to try them. Maybe next time!

The almond butter toast with bananas was amazing. I even purchased some take home pre-made juices. I drunk one each day at home, and it was just as good as the one I had while there. Such a cute, quaint cozy little gem, right in Myrtle Beach.

So happy to find a juice bar in a vacation town -- but this spot was above and beyond! Ended up with a bowl & kombucha and can't wait to go back for juice. The woman working was the most helpful and friendly and definitely made it even better.

I randomnly ordered an orange creamsicle protein shake bc I was hungry and it was convienent. It was delicious. I had it this morning and this evening I can't wait to get another one when I go back next week, LOL. I believe that might have been my favorite protein shake ever.

This morning at 11am I came in to get a smoothie bowl. I had asked to make three changes that were simple such as no hemp seeds and no avocado dates. I received attitude form the worker and rude facial expressions. She had made the smoothie bowl so sloppy you couldn’t even see the toppings and gave it to me completely over flowing onto the counter and walked away. I had stayed for three extra minutes just trying to clean the sides of the overflowing bowl and received no help or any question saying “did you want help with that” or “I’m sorry that’s my bad let me clean that up for you”. She had side eyed me multiple times as if I was to just take the over flowing smoothie bowl with no issue. I was upset with the service and with the way my bowl had tasted. I had gotten the same one multiple times before with no issue until today.

Amazing little spot with healthy food choices which can definitely be hard to find in a vacation town. From wellness shots to acai bowls, there is a little something for everyone. They even serve local elderberry juice and other natural products. Phoenix was really nice and helpful as well. I'll definitely be back!
