This is NOT real dominican food the sancocho doesn't even taste like a dominican sancocho the beans super salty the rice was old every one that give this place a 5 star doesn't know what is real dominican food or they friends with the owner i dont even think they dominican this place is horrible and over priced not to mention the decor its horrible a real dominican dont decor their place like that and the music mad loud you cant even have a conversation with you family.

The empanadas was pretty good and the tostones were okay but the sancocho was very very salty and I told the lady and she did not do anything about it my mom said that they changed owners I don't know but when I got the fish the first time I went it was one of the best plates I ever had

I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt and try it one more time and once again the food was horrible the bean salty, the chicken was hard like undercooked, the juice was super sweet and watery they fish was dry and it had a fly in it the rice was super dry my husband is dominican and the food was NOT dominican at all. And its over priced not worth it at all we were wondering why was empty if its rated 4.4 I think it should be 1.5

Just got into town and wanted some Latin food. Punta Cana hit the spot, portions are plentiful. The music was also pumping, merengue, salsa and bachata. We now have leftovers for lunch or dinner.

Horrible experience for my first time ever!!! From waiting 1 hour with only 5 tables including ours, never brought our margaritas or the appetizers. The food looked very good but unfortunately having to wait 45 min and ask countless amount of times for silverware made my food cold. And worst of all she said we only had to pay for the beers because nobody ate there food but as soon as we left my notification came back saying we payed 80$ for our drinks! I will most definitely be calling the BBB and also reach out to my bank and file a refund for this unforgivable experience. Not to mention the power going out and people walking out due to the place getting hot!!

Authentic Dominican Food. Nice casual atmosphere. No alcoholic mixed drinks, but you can order beer. Food was hot and fresh, nice size portions.

Terrible service from the waitress Axcel, she wouldn't let me finish talking and she didn't know what spicy beans were, an arrogant attitude, she got the prices wrong and there was no manager to talk about it and incidentally she also got the tip by right. The salad has a slice of avocado, the sancocho has a little piece of meat and is super salty. The employee with glasses was in the bathroom for half an hour and we were waiting to use it. I don't understand why they ask for work if they are going to serve in the worst way.

Me and my family got there around 7:30 pm. They barely have something from the menu, no even arroz con gandules, pastelon, chivo guisado, no soup of any kind. NADA

Terrible service, we came from very far so they closed the door on us at 5 in the afternoon, they did not let them in because they were very full and their hours are from 12:00 to 10:00 PM, the manager Holma did not have the decency to apologize and put to the waitress to tell us that she was letting us in because they had a lot of online orders and they locked the door. The owners should look for another manager and see that a business has to be attended to.

Very RACIST restaurant. I am white and have tried to eat here twice now. Both time I have come in and sat down for 20-30 minutes and was never approached by an employee. However best believe everyone who spoke Spanish was being served.

This is second time in this restaurant (Sun, September 1, 2024) at 2 pm, pushing me for cancelation the order because i spentlike 20 minutes for smallorder, they have bad ? services for delivery section, they didn't take care for delivery customers, I talked to manager, She said she hasn't enough guys ?!!???
