I rented a golf cart for 24 hours !!! I paid $254.00 , everything was fine, so the owner tells me to park on the side of the building now mind you there are sign where happy scooter can park, and also the owner said I can park the cart at night at the business (happy scooter) and ride the cart in the morning until 1 pm … I get back to happy scooter and my car is gone!!! And happy scooter was closed …. I call the tow company and they stated that the owner had my car parked. I had to drive the golf cart on the highway to get my car from the pound, I had to pay $160 to get my car out… mind you I’m on vacation… the tow company called the owner of happy scooter and he stated he would only pay for half of the tow bill and told me I wasn’t supposed to park on the side of the building , and I was suppose to park my car across the street from happy scooter and pay for parking (crazy). I didn’t get to finish my time with the golf cart and I requested my money back and he refused. He was rude and nasty he didn’t care about his customers and he then the next day when I talked to the owner Jack he stated he got my vehicle tow because a tenant stated I took there parking space but his parking lot have signed that shows that happy scooter customer can park there !!! NEVER EVER RENT ANYTHING FROM HAPPY SCOOTER THE OWNER JACK IS MONEY HUNGRY AND WICKED FOR A DOLLAR !!!!!!

This is the worst place to rent a golf cart. Within 40mins our cart was torn up it was electrical and they still took$160.00 from us. I will never do business with them asshiles again!!

At “Happy Scooters,” the owner is nothing but “happy,” in fact, he’s the opposite. The owner is very rude to city staff workers and customers. If you want to rent a golf cart, there are two more venders on the same street that would be happy to help.

Happy scooters is the best place to rent a golf cart when you visit Myrtle Beach. We went to another place and they wanted $400 deposit plus another form of payment, plus the lady was really rude. So my wife and I walked down to Happy Scooters and spoke to the owner. He said he's been in business since the late 90's and prices have not changed. We paid $260 for 24hr rental and no deposit. We will definitely be returning when we visit next year. Thank you for helping us out.

Best business people when you follow rules properly given in the contract. They tried to refund me on my card for 200.00 and I went back to my room the next morning they called and told me to come back so that they could do it in cash because the card didn't except the refund they could have kept it and I would've been long gone by the afternoon good people great morals...
