I just paid $12 for some jerky tenders, these must have been under a heat lamp for several hours. how do I get a refund

every time I've gone in around 5:30 after work to get chicken dinner for the family. all they have is a couple pieces of chicken and maybe 15 or 20 chicken strips. no sides has to be the worst managed chicken house I've ever seen. they're not supposed to close till 8 :00 and they have no food at 5:30

The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload

The first time I went in the middle of the day and it was closed but the gas station was open. The second time I went it was closed again in the middle of the day again and the gas station was still open. The third time I went they were out of chicken and told me it would take 20 to 30 minutes to cook some.

Worst work environment I ever worked in. Ac always went down, they will over work you until they can’t anymore and then fire you for any reason they can come up with (they fired me because I called out after my cat died) The manager at the roost was so rude she would constantly cuss and say mean things to employees. Had no empathy or sympathy for any of her workers. Would not eat or work here they will use you and throw you out when they don’t need you anymore.

The chicken was good but I got an eight piece and it had four wings in it. That is unacceptable. I called and complained and did not get any kind of offer for compensation. I recommend somewhere else.
