We arrived at 8pm, and it was not a good experience. Red flag #1 when the waitress, Jess, came to our table she tried to tell us that us that our party of 6 had to be on one ticket, because it was too hard to do two separate tickets. Red flag #2 the ceasar salad was nasty, the lettuce tasted like it had went bad. I couldn’t tell what the dressing tasted like because the lettuce over powered it. Red flag #3 the food was not hot. The Alfredo had no flavor. Red flag #4. How does 26+20+13+8 = $98 ? The gratuity is 14%. And we had a BOGO coupon provided by the hotel. We asked for the manager and she was no help. She said something along the lines of “it’s never been an issue before” then said “no hard feelings.” Let’s just say I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Worst experience ever, food is horrible, over priced, salad was spoiled, on top of warming food up at home after being served cold still didn’t do any justice.

The Caesar chicken salad was bottled dressing. No taste to the chicken. Manicotti tasted like canned sauce.

Worst Veal Parm I've ever had. All breading, no veal. It was basically non existent, so thin you couldn't taste veal.
You only knew you actually had a piece because it was SO tough. Terrible!
Sauce had good taste that's about it.

I came in an hour before close to place a carryout order for an individual pizza. When I walked in, the place was dead and the staff seemed shocked by my arrival. I sat down and was immediately bum rushed by a rude server who had a dismissal attitude and I seemed to be a major inconvenience to her. I was given quite literally 15 seconds to order my pizza. After ordering I was immediately brought the check with an excessive random fee to which I questioned the server. She had no answer at that moment and came back saying it was 20% tip. I got up and left! They will sneak in hidden fees on unsuspecting customers. Another server came to argue saying “most places around here charge 25% tips”. I don’t give tips for carry out orders and especially for getting treated like crap in the process. The staff desperately needs hospitality training and management involvement.

From the time we called for a reservation, the hostess was kind. When we arrived , she was pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant was truly an Italian experience. It was beautifully designed. The lady that took our order was quite robotic with what she said to each customer. The food was okay. We chose this restaurant because of the ratings. Our best experience was the hostess. We’d consider coming back and try another dish.

Third time here, and once again-NO disappointment! Food and service is A+, and definitely our go-to Italian restaurant in the MB area. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for authentic Italian dishes at a moderate price. Look forward to our next visit soon!

Steak and pasta was not seasoned. Returned twice for it to be cooked well done and it was still served medium well… took two bites of food and manager only offered to take off half price even though they didn’t cook to order.. the old fashioned drink was sweet and tasted like pure sugar . I would not recommend.. Management didn’t even come to my table to address any concerns.

My parents use to own a motel on 23rd Avenue North back in the 80's and in the Winter time, we would close early to go and have dinner at Ramando's. Dino was the owner at that time and everything was by the book. If there was a mistake made, whether it be food or bill added up wrong, he would make it right. I think an automatic tip was only added if there were 6 or more patrons. I haven't been there in several years, since I moved from the area, but sounds like a lot of things have changed and are not legit. I don't do business with owners like this. I am coming to the area soon and wanted to have great Italian food, but have decided to not patronize this establishment under these new owners that don't follow their own rules that they made. Good Luck!!

We sat at a booth and the wall was grimey. Plates and silverware don't match each other, which is fine. The food was the real disappointment. The Alfredo was sauce from a jar poured on the noodles, not tossed or seasoned in any way. The shrimp scampi linguini looked and tasted like it was minced garlic from a jar scooped on the pasta. The shrimp came tail on and didn't seem to have been cooked in garlic butter as is traditional with shrimp scampi. The Mediterranean salad was good. The dessert was actually good. We had the brownie Sunday which was enjoyed and the tiramisu which was also good. We expected more based off reviews, but this is a mediocre restaurant that is stuck in the 90s. Pricing is what you would expect with post pandemic foods.

We went here after we got a BOGO coupon. The first thing we noticed was the dated interior and the duct taped vent above our heads. Our waiter showed up very quickly to take our drink order but returned with the wrong sodas and told us that we didn't order a soda we ordered water. Time came to order and the prices were steep but with fresh seafood we expected it. The appetizers came out very quickly and the mozzarella sticks were VERY good so I kept high hopes. The actual food took almost an hour despite their only being 2 other small parties in the restaurant. When the food came our Salmon was overcooked and dry, the Fettucini Ramando tasted like store bought sauce and the crab had a lot of shell in it. The steak was probably the worst part because it had clearly been cooked with a pan that had previously cooked fish so the steak sucked in all those flavors and it seemed to be a cheaper cut of steak as it was tough and hard to cut. It took even longer to get the check and get the bill sorted. BE AWARE they just add a tip to your bill without asking and the service we received last night definitely wasn't worth a $25 tip
