We had an absolutely amazing experience for lunch today. Our waitress, Lily, was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend this location and look for Lily if she is here!

We have been here two times in the past month and the first time we had a young man serve us and he was amazing and the food was amazing we ordered steak, lobster dip and lobster pasta!! It was so delicious everything was amazing we drove over an hour away so tonight we want to go out to eat !! Decided to try red lobster again ! We had the best service the young lady who served us her name was VIVIAH! She said she was new but did not seem new she was very sweet and welcoming! A table behind us gave the her some issues but she handled it very well better then I would and I’m a server also but sorry for the long message anyway if your ever at the beach please stop by and give red lobster a try great people ❤️🦞

The service was terrible. I saw the waitress twice to take my order & bring my check. Had to ask another waitress for a refill on my water. The crab boil wasn't worth $50. The crab cluster only had one tiny crab leg.
Management was very friendly and provided a discount.

We visited on Christmas Day and had the pleasure of being served by Ashley J. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely cheerful, which made our holiday meal feel especially pleasant. Her relaxed, friendly manner and willingness to help made the experience truly enjoyable.
