Although this restaurant is in a "touristy" area, the food and service is very delicious and pleasant! (I expected rudeness.) I did not get as many oxtail as I dreamed, but the red bean soup made up for it! It was my first time trying it! We enjoyed it! We will be back again.

Food was trashed, tasted like reheated resort Jamaican food that ain’t authentic. Charge a lot of money shorting your proteins and starches. I’m from New York and this ain’t it. Drinks are high prices $4.00 juices and $3 for sodas. Greasy coco bread and when you ask for beef patty and coco bread they don’t even have the patty in the inside. Like what am I paying you for when I gotta ask for it to be done. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there them high reviews are from people who lack taste buds. I’m Caribbean and we know flavors.

The lady who took our order was so very sweet and helpful! The jerk chicken is the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried it all over the country as it’s one of my favorites! Large portions and again I cannot stress how phenomenal the jerk sauce is! Highly recommend it!!

Good jamacian food except for the patty. The patty seemed store bought and frozen. Everything else was 🔥. The jerk chicken and curry goat were on point. The peas&rice and the plantains were good. The atmosphere was jamacian. Everyone who worked there was nice and everyone who came there while we waited for our food was jamacian. That's how you know it's authentic. It's not much of a sit-down and eat restaurant. There are a few tables, but i would suggest pick-up. I'll probably go back every time I visit Myrtle Beach.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place had the worst service i have ever experienced this is obviously not a sit down place because nobody will help you or take a order not welcoming at all
This place was horrible. My husband and I waited for over 20 minutes to just talk to the lady at the front. She would not make eye contact nor talk to him at all when he tried to order food. They were taking other peoples orders in front of us. We even sat at the table and nothing. I guess you have to be from the islands to be waited on there. Thats a shame because we would have ordered alot and left an awesome tip if we would have gotten good service.I do not recommend this place at all.

We found this place while on vacation in January. It was AMAZING! Perfectly seasoned and perfect temperature. We happened to come to the beach again this past weekend and KNEW we had to go back. Once again, same experience with the deliciousness of the food. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you want authentic Jamaican food. I had the oxtail and my husband had the broken stewed chicken.
