Thanks for free meal for my hubby for Veteran's Day. He really enjoyed his burger.
very good food! Friendly staff! Wonderful deals!
Salad bar was lacking!!!! Baked potato cold butter stayed in the shape of a ball didn’t even melt!!!
Food was good service not so good. Went in for a late lunch. Was seated and then waited over 10 minutes till I stood up to get, I suppose manager, attention. She brought a server with her saying that only 1 server on, only maybe 4 tables in restaurant. When she tried to order had no pen. Food took a little bit of time to come out. While we were eating the "manager" dropped off the check, saying not rushing you, okay felt rushed. A few minutes later the "manager" came by with the machine for cards. Was going to have dessert but guess not. I work in restaurants as well but this service was some of the worst.
Nice place. There salad bar collection was really good and fresh.
This was our first visit to this particular Ruby Tuesday restaurant. We were delighted to find did the food and service were excellent. On this occasion we decided to go for the cheeseburger special with a ton of fries. Not only with the price amazing, but the size and quality of the burger left us wanting nothing. We definitely plan to return to the same restaurant in a few days.
Days are numbered. They finally opened the salad bar. Very disappointing. Around ten items are no longer on it. Food was horrible. It was the worst food I've ever eaten there. I've been going here on a regular basis for years, but I won't be going back to this dump!!!
Salad bar was not fresh. Cucumbers were mushy, ends of broccoli was black. Would not go back
The staff was nice. They only had to server’s but they did well.
Good was horrible. It al looked and tasted microwaved. Soup was watery, ribs were dry. The server kept forgetting things even though we were one of only two tables.
Restaurantji Recommends
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good was very good. I had the Garden Bar and the Tator Tachos. The only thing I didn't like is that they have some of the items too far to reach easily on the garden bar.
It's the only Ruby Tuesday in hundreds of miles. The other two closed it's door when the leases expired. In fact, more have closed than are still open. The food is good and the salad bar is a highlight. I hope this one will remain in business......I go there at least once a month.
Restaurant staff is great!! They were very attentive and polite!! But the food is kind of iffy... salad had bad spots, baked potato seemed like it was microwaved and “warm” at best. The prices were way high for the quality of food I felt also... it works if you’re hungry but I would explore other options if possible.
On June 20, 2020, we ordered dinner for 3 to go because we were celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday. The weather was bad so we decided to pickup and eat in. As soon as we placed the order we got a call saying they could not complete our order because everything we ordered was on the pantry side and it was closed. They also said they would not charge our card, but did anyway. When we tried several times to call no answer!Long story short, Longhorn Steakhouse is not allergic to money!
The bartender is great, can't think of his name, but he always makes my perfect skinny Margarita, per my request. He is also attentive to all of his customers seated at the bar. Very friendly! On a negative note, they need more outdoor seating in order to take advantage of that SC weather. Given the COVID-19 situation, many of us WANT to eat outdoors. The portions for prices are small, and lastly, the bathrooms are in need of a total gut and remodel! Even some of the dining area decor needs love. The employees are great and have no control over decor issues. The franchise owner could do a bit better. They are in a tourist coastal community with no water view. Updating the indoor and outdoor atmosphere would help and most likely improve overall patronage.
