Outbreak of flu & covid19 at this restaurant & the management is pressuring employees including my my son & his friends who have been diagnosed with the virus to come into the restaurant and work with the publics food. "there's already sick employees here working it's fine" - General Manager Erin Mayberry. it appears Mark & Nancy Oswald care more about meeting a quota & their revenue than the health & well being of their employees & guest

We had the pleasure of celebrating our 25th anniversary at Ruth's Chris, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the perfect tone for the evening. The restaurant still had some lovely Christmas decorations, which made everything feel warm and inviting.
Our server, Jeremy B., truly made the night special. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His service was impeccable and added so much to our celebration.
The food, as always, was phenomenal. Each dish was cooked to perfection and exceeded our expectations. Every bite was a delight, and we left feeling completely satisfied.
Overall, it was an incredible evening with wonderful service, delicious food, and a perfect atmosphere to mark a special occasion. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Ruth’s Chris and Jeremy B., for making our anniversary so memorable.

We came to Ruth Chris for dinner on Christmas Day with friends. We had a wonderful experience. Our server Phil and his assistant Blake took care of us exceptionally. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, Blake kept our water and wine glasses full! She was so personable. We will definitely be back next Christmas.

My husband & I both ordered the filets with shrimp and both our steaks were overcooked. The appetizer, calamari, was the worst I have ever had. The best part of dinner was my glass of Cabernet.

Just try it, you won't be disappointed. Yes it's expensive, but it's certainly worth it.

Have done family lunch on Christmas this year and also last year. Food and service were very good both times. We might just have a new family tradition on Christmas day at Ruth’s Chris.

I wanted to have a memorable Christmas Eve dinner with my wife, instead we had an expensive, very forgettable one. Ruth Chris is a franchise, not unlike Outback, but instead Ruth Chris wants you to believe they are a high end steakhouse by over charging for everything, but in reality it is just mediocre food at a very high price point. Based on my experience:
1. $16 Grey Goose martini, an average drink but was a full inch short from the top of my glass. Would have failed bartender school standards.
2. $22 Calamari, was very good, lightly breaded and flash fried. Asian chili sauce nicely accented the dish; however, the same can be found in the area for about $14.
3. $13 Seafood Gumbo, where was the seafood? Counted maybe three shrimp; worst of all, was so over salted it was inedible. We sent it back to the kitchen.
4. $15 Chopped Salad, egregiously bad. Tasted as if the kitchen threw a bunch of vegetables into a blender and called it a salad. Hard to tell what was actually on the plate. What type of dressing? Hard to tell.
5. $14 Lyonnaise Potatoes. Basic potatoes with butter and onion. Hard to justify a $14 price point, other than everything needs to be expensive to fit the business model.
6. $68 Ribeye. Yes it was a well cooked, flavorful steak. But $68 worth? Not even close. I could and have, bought a Prime Cowboy Ribeye from Walmart; seasoned with kosher salt and pepper; cooked it in my cast iron skillet with olive oil and it came out better for under $25. And that is God's honest truth.
7. And best of all to put a bow on this travesty of a meal:
$12 Creme Brulee, we ordered to go. Not sure why the kitchen thought it was a good idea to pack in a cardboard box. The photo below was what we opened when we got home.
If our tab was $150, I would not have been so critical; however when it is $300 you expect more and standards need to be higher. I could not imagine ever going back to any Ruth Chris. Instead I will take my high end business elsewhere and if I want a good meal at a good price I will go to Outback. I HIGHLY recommend others do the same.

This is my first time here, and I read the reviews before I got here. They did not disappoint. They were correct Brooke was phenomenal! She had the menu down the atmosphere with the decorations for Christmas. Just put it all together the ribeye, au gratin potatoes, and crème brûlée is what I got! Brooke made it just for me! I will be back again for this great personal customer service!

I had some friends tell me about this place. So we tried it out and loved it! We sat in the bar and our servers helper was super helpful! She was tell us what to try and she was spot on! The calamari was delicious, the chicken was perfect for both of us, and the apple crumb reminds me of the best apple pie I’ve had. Thank you! And see you next time girl!! Brooke !
