Sadie's Corner Cafe

Heard about Sadie's from a few friends and colleagues, so I decided to give it a shot. Love that we have more breakfast options in Socastee!

Had the biscuits and gravy and a coffee. The gravy was flavorful, well seasoned, and had just the right amount of heat. Biscuits were fluffy with a great crust.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was amazing.

Pricing definitely was in line with the quality of the food and the service.

Will definitely be back to explore the menu.

I work right across the plaza, and this place will quite literally be the reason my diet fails — and I’m not even mad about it! They have the best BLT I’ve ever had — perfectly crispy bacon, fresh ingredients, and toasted bread done just right. Honestly, everything on the menu is delicious. The coffee is amazing too — and they even use coffee ice cubes so it stays fresh for hours! The owner and staff are awesome — so friendly, welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend stopping by — you won’t regret it!

Incredibly friendly staff and one of the best iced coffees I’ve had. They use frozen coffee cubes in their iced coffee! Fantastic place.

Best tuna melt sandwich it’s amazing !

Very cute interior. Coffee was on point, food was delicious. We had the Dirty Jersey and the Bussun Biscuits and gravy. Staff was so friendly and fun. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

The prices here are far too high for what you get. $18 for a cheeseburger and fries is unreasonable, especially given the quality. They claim the food is made fresh, but that’s just not true, anyone can tell the difference between a fresh, hand-made burger and a frozen one, and this was clearly the latter.

I understand you’re running a new business and trying to make things work, but when I can go to plenty of other places and get better quality food for the same price, or less, why would I come back here?

This isn’t just my opinion; it’s becoming a common sentiment. Many people I’ve talked to have already decided not to return because of the high prices and low value. The service and management also need improvement, staff seemed unmotivated, and there wasn’t much leadership or attention to detail.

For the prices being charged, customers expect a higher standard of food and service. Right now, it just doesn’t deliver. I hope one day I can revisit and change this review.

Saw some very positive reviews on social media about this quaint new place so decided to give it a try. Menu is small, but the food was fantastic and the staff was very attentive. They checked on us often and made sure we were satisfied with our meals. When we were leaving, they gave tips to getting out of the parking lot safe since it on busy Hwy 707. We are familiar with the area, but thought it was a nice touch, showing they care about their customers. Best of luck to them.... we will return.

We ate here for the first time today. Love the breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwich and breakfast plate with potatoes all delish! AJ the owner and the entire staff made it so enjoyable. The nicest people you will ever meet. We will definitely be regulars. Don’t forget the iced coffee with the coffee ice cubes. You won’t be disappointed. We got peanut butter and jelly, mocha Irish crème and toffee coffee. All three were so good.

I’ve eaten at this cafe going on almost a dozen times now, tried a different menu item each time, and I have not had anything that wasn’t excellent and fresh. They have a nice variety of different options between breakfast and lunch. I love that they do ice cubes MADE of coffee in their iced coffees with homemade concoctions like cookie dough, hazelnut, and peanut butter. The aesthetic of the inside is so lovely and refreshing. The staff and owners also are incredibly welcoming and personable. So far my favorite item is the Chuckie’s Beach BLST that has nicely seasoned chicken (perhaps a lemony taste..?👍👍) with awesome ‘secret’ sauce. HECK YEAH I’LL BE BACK.

my friend and i went here for the first time. it was amazing and the staff was very welcoming, the food was also made very fast. 10/10 recommend (bonus, one of the staff loves sleeptoken)

Quiet local joint with friendly folks and really good breakfast. The pork roll sandwich was so good! Can't wait to come by for lunch. Highly recommend 👍
