The food is good. We loved our outings on the golf cart to get ice cream.

Food quality has drastically declined . We bought 3 gravy biscuits and there was enough salt in there to cure meat . The hash browns were equally too salty And greasy .Totally inedible .Please do not salt the food sooo much for everyone’s health ! 28.00 promptly into the trash can .

Food is never good. I try every couple of months to see if it’s gotten any better but it still hasn’t. Cold flavorless burger patties. No cheese on the “cheeseburgers” we paid for. The fried pickles were delicious but we got 10 sad small pickles in one order.

Mid-range food at best. Typically an attitude with your food, wait times that are absolutely ridiculous so much so that the paint is worn off all the metal in the areas where people wait

Good place to hang out and see other campers! Grilled chicken ? sandwich ? is small. Pizza ? is cheesy ? and hot when served. Service you get are from teenagers so it's before average.

Howdy folks! If you're ever cruising through Ocean Lakes Campground in Myrtle Beach, SC, do yourself a favor and stop by Sandy's Meet N' Eat. Let me tell you, this place is so good, even my belt wanted to stay for another round! I had the pleasure of dining there with my family, and boy, was it a "grate" experience—pun totally intended!
When we first walked in, we were greeted with smiles bigger than my appetite (and trust me, that's saying something). The decor has that perfect mix of cozy and beachy—think "Gilligan's Island" meets "Cheers." I took one look around and thought, "I'm shore we're going to have a whale of a time here!"
Now, let's taco 'bout the food, shall we? The menu has everything from burgers to seafood, and it's all "egg-cellent." I ordered the Big Kahuna Burger, which was so juicy and delicious it could have its own fan club. My wife went for the shrimp basket, which she described as “shrimp-tastic.” Our kids, Jaxon and Lukas, each got a hot dog, and they practically vanished faster than you can say "hot dog!"
The portions were generous, so bring your appetite and maybe some stretchy pants. You know what they say: "Calories don't count when you're on vacation!" And if you leave Sandy’s without trying their legendary milkshakes, you're doing yourself a disservice. I had the chocolate one, and let me tell you, it was "udderly" delightful. My wife’s strawberry shake was so good it made her berry happy!
The prices were just right—not too "ex-pun-sive" for this dad's wallet. Plus, the staff was as friendly as your grandma after she wins a round of bingo. They checked on us often and made sure we were having a blast.
In a nutshell, Sandy's Meet N' Eat is a real "sundae" best. Whether you're craving a burger, seafood, or just a fun family dining experience, this place is sure to be a "reel" hit. So next time you're in Myrtle Beach, drop anchor at Sandy's and let the good times roll!
Until next time, happy trails and tasty meals, fellow foodies!
