The pizza at this location has gone so far down hill I thought I was eating school pizza. The employees attitudes were so bad I wasn't sure if they even wanted me to buy the pizza. I should have walked away when the attitude started.

Horrible employess. The big black girl with Red hair or highline was not pleasant. I asked her how long the pizza has been sitting out for and she told me "I don't kmw" that is pretty bad to not knw how long your food has been sitting there. Food was cold as he'll cheese not even melted. Never ate here before but live here for 11 years first time I wanted ti try it and never again. Horrible un fresh food. Sad u have employees like this that don't care what they serve to people. The managers n owners should be very disappointed. They should take this company out of the mall. I am gunna make a report with the mall company as well. The food should be fresh here in a mall.court. sorry not sorry. Do better.

Simply tried to order an order of breadsticks for $2.99. The African American woman cashier said it cost $4.70. After I explain the sign above her head said she’s incorrect, she got all huffy puffy and said “no sir, taxes”. I raise my eyebrow, realizing this woman truly believed in her very intelligent head that tax was 70%, I asked for a manager. Then the most bizarre thing happened; even had the manager said I’m wrong! I walked away, laughing at how dumb the whole situation was. A second later, they finally realized they were wrong and asked me to come back and pay. I literally took 3 steps towards Chic-Fil-A and ordered from them instead.How on earth you hire and pay these people so much money to stand there on their phones and literally sabotage the company by turning away paying customers…LMFAO pathetic. The manager on 11/3/23 at 2:28PM quite literally sabotaged the company. lol

I saw that there was no cheese pizza out and I asked how long was the wait the girl with purple blue hair with glasses say 10 mins and then another girl happens to take a new pizza out at that moment. She keeps staring at me so I say again I would like 2 cheese and she gets a nasty attitude so the other girl ask how she can help and she gives me the pizza with no problem. I go again couple days later she still has an attitude. I don’t know if she is racist or what but I won’t be coming back if she is there,

This review has nothing to do with the sbarro at the mall it the one in Carolina forest on postal way the man in there was very rude and disrespectful to customers I ask him to make a pizza and he told me no so I then as if he could sell me half a pepperoni and half of Chirs as a whole pie and he told me no because he had to leave it on the shelves for customers, and he couldn't do that that I had to pay for each individual slice, which would've been more then a hole pie and the he told me there's a dominoes up the road maybe I will be better off going there. The guy was completely rude and disrespectful. I don't know how they can have a manager if that's what he is be like that to customers.
