Got ice cream here tonight and got in the car to realize it was super freezer burnt. The entire thing went in the garbage. Total waste of $8. Go somewhere else - there are much better options.

I feel like the lady behind the counter was not interested in being there. She wasn’t rude but she wasn’t the friendliest either. I had three kids all order different things and I ordered the banana split. She asked me what I wanted on it so I asked her to make it however they came. Apparently that meant 3 scoops of ice cream and whipped cream and cut bananas, not even a whole banana. The space was shared with Nathan’s Hotdogs.

Sign on door says open until 3 AM. Even if it's special winter hours, you'd expect they'd be open at 8:30 PM on the weekend. If they want to close early that's fine but please update google maps and signage on door, thanks.

Service was not good and it was not very clean. Several people were loitering Infront and behind the building.The same car was sitting in the drive thru lane for a good 30 minutes and only moved once other cars started blowing their horns

This was a horrible experience. The woman doing the ice cream was extremely hateful. She bit my husband's head off and yelled at my sister. She kept mumbling mean things under her breath, and kept getting frustrated with us because she wouldn't listen to our order. We had to repeat our order at least 10 times. My ice cream was freezer burnt and my husband's was half melted. She kept giving us mean looks, and made us feel like we were a burden for being there. Also, I don't expect much from a 40 something year old working at an ice cream store, but I expect slightly ok communication skills and this woman had NONE. On a positive note the man working there was really nice, and he greeted us in both coming and going.

Although the ice cream was good I do not recommend this particular establishment. I believe there is another location that you can try if you choose. The service was not good and the lady that waited on us was just rude. Will not be visiting this location again.

All there soft serve taste like rotten milk and when you try to return it they give you attitude. Their scoop serve has all melted and been refroze what seems to be multiple times. Worse experience I've ever had which is why this is my first time reviewing any restaurant ever

I came here with my daughter about 12 am to get ice cream after the park. I ended up losing my wallet with a lot of money in it in there and they would not rewind the cameras back so I can see who picked it up . They were rude and did not care a bit I believe one of the workers took it but I will file a complaint

This place has the open sign and worker in it.. I was at the speaker for almost an hr. This 2cars ahead of me told me that they said they not taking anymore orders..my first time coming and my last I guess on in the south. I really didn’t want to give a star but I feel like like it’s not worth any.
