Stood in line for 10 minutes. Not one employee acknowledged anyone standing in line. Couldn’t even find an employee to ask how long the wait was.
We love this place - great for families and an awesome view! Always enjoy it here (3rd time here)
Poor service. After we were finally acknowledged and seated, I was given menus and silverware to pass out to everyone. Then because my back was to the bar, the waitress proceeded to have me turn around and serve water and tea to our table instead of carrying them around the bar and Erving then herself.
