Well when you’re doing a delivery order and your at the register and when workers are just not doing anything and physical see 3 or 4 people standing there and not wanting to speak to your customers and there are 3 people sitting in the lobby and another delivery driver keep asking yall for help and your ignoring us, no wonder this place is for sale again horrible management the older lady I guess is the night manager and she just staring at us and kept talking to the younger workers that’s poor management first impression very last impression

Food was cold and the chicken was chewy. Also they nickel and dime you to death with the sauce and the sauces are little so you pretty much got to buy more they got me this time...but I will not go back. I'm truly disappointed in this place it's in such a great location but it does not seem to be run well.

First time coming here and trying the food. I got the chicken and waffles and when I tell you for fast food it was delightful. The waffle was not too hard and not too soft to fall apart. Chicken is juicy and great taste. I also got the slim wrap for later so I haven't ate it yet. Raspberry tea is awesome also. I'm definitely coming back with the kids. 10 stars if I could.

I ordered the 3+3 and only got 3 cold tough chewy wings, had to go ask for my tenders and prove to same kid that took the order I ordered the 3+3 with only 4 people in the restaurant. Quality of food does not rank with others in the area. Restaurant was fairly clean but had to clean syrup off the table I ended up at. Management will have to do better to make the service outstanding with the low quality food served. I don't plan to go back, the Public's out behind it serves better wings that are at least warm temperature when you get them.

20 minutes to pick up food in the drive through line, we were 4 cars back. They had a health inspection going on reportedly plus someone called in. Twice, the drinks were wrong and finally we left. The girl at the drive-thru was clearly frazzled.
Chicken tenders and sandwich were good, but the fries weren't cooked all the way through. GROSS and a waste of money.
Better off going to Chick-fil-A or Raising Canes.

employees looked at me like I was stupid when I went thru the drive thru to pick up my order due to it raining horribly. I ordered a Mac and cheese dinner bowl and there was way less Mac and cheese that I would get from this location. It was cold also. There was only 2 pieces of chicken in the whole bowl. And when I got home I had to microwave it and add my own cheese. I also ordered chicken tenders and they are cold and tough and the side of mac and cheese for that part of the order had to be like a half scoop or something. overall I give this a 0/10.
I had the chicken salad and it was delicious but my family had the sandwich and the tenders meal which all looked good!!

I can definitely notice a HUGE change in staffing, service, and freshness of meals in the last month. This location has stepped up and compared to my experience and some reviews a few months back, I think they have finally figured it out. Great food the last 2 times and the staffing quality/attitude is much better.
