After waiting almost 20 min for our food..the food was disgusting and so disappointing. Tasted old, soggy, and like dirty fry oil. We had 4 meals through drive-through and non of it was appetizing. Everything cold. The kids working there were rude and didn't care. It was a joke of a 1st time experience.

My son is gluten intolerant and forgot to order grilled chicken. When Kimberly brought out the fried chicken we realized our error and she graciously took care of it and brought us grilled chicken instead. Great food and service!

Tastes like bad cafeteria food from a public school. My bf was excited about this place and was very disappointed with below average food after a 2 hour wait in the drive through. Nothing tasted right. The Mac and Cheese is watery, the potatoes have no flavor, the chicken is too crispy and dry. Just stick to chik fila. This place isnt it.
Since I've moved, my family and I have missed Raising Canes. Slim has surpassed it. Been there twice now and no complaints each time. Can't wait to go again.
My other went there with her friend to try it got a simple order wrong they ordered fried chicken tenders but got grilled she said now she knows why they call it slim chicken chicken pieces were so small so they said they will try again tried there chicken wrap should have been called slim chicken wrap hardly any chicken but still was willing to give it another chance she took me there went thru drive thru found it very odd that instead of ordering thru the board you had to order thru a person standing there so we ordered to supposed cajum sandwiches and there were HORRIBLE fries were cold it was no way CAJUN! AT ALL don't know what all the hype was bit this place SUCKS! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PERIOD!

Chicken sandwich is really good. Chicken and waffles is good, but the tenders are small. Fries are good. Wings are not good unfortunately. Not sauced well. No flavor. Many had feather remnance.
Drive through way too slow. At least 30-45 min every time. Even when not overly busy. Sometimes longer. Will probably stop coming just bc can't afford that much time through a fast food drive through

After driving by a few times and seeing the new building I was excited to try Slim Chickens. We'll my thoughts are: the atmosphere was clean. The workers all seemed awkward and confused. Having different options for sauce was a plus. Waited an extremely long time for a 3 piece tender meal. The chicken temperature was hot , but it was rubbery and dry kinda like a frozen tender heated in the microwave. It's definitely a mediocre chicken tender , definitely not a Canes. I will stick with Canes in the future.

The fried chicken is some of the best I’ve anywhere and honestly probably the best I’ve ever had from fast food anywhere. Service was great, food quality was fantastic. Everything was hot and fresh. The manager came to check on me and that means a lot when they care enough to check on customer satisfaction. I’ve been several times and it’s been great each time. BBQ sauces are made in house and the chicken and buttermilk are brined and made in house as well. I was really impressed and looking forward to the second location in Conway and being able to get it closer to home.
Kid-friendliness: It’s a loud environment so your kids won’t disturb anyone and they had plenty of high chairs.

One of our new favorite places! The chicken is delicious, the ranch is AMAZING!, the fries are good. The macaroni and cheese is creamy and flavorful. We love it.
The employees are so kind also, which makes it a wonderful atmosphere to visit.
