1st time had a great experience, the service was outstanding, the team was very nice and kind, my smoothie tasted great. Will be back with my family and friends.

If you're a delivery driver, be prepared to wait and wait and wait here for orders. They never seem to even have started your order when you arrive. Even when it's completely dead. I try to avoid this place as much as I can
Got there at 8:28 and was told they "can't make bowls after 8 pm". Why even stay open then? This "policy" is stupid and should be listed somewhere on the website or even outside the doors so I dont waste my time.

Slowest place I have ever got just a drink from. I'm not kidding when I say it was just me as the only inside person and it took 15 minutes to get my drink. I was greeted then not helped for 5-6 minutes. Then I spent another 10 minutes waiting for them to make my drink. I get that they have online orders and a drive thru but that seems wild to wait so long for a single drink. I would assume this is either a schedule or management issue for being so understaffed.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The Rewards program is a good way to get discounts, etc. I feel the smoothie's are a little pricey, but I enjoy them anyway.

I literally never miss a single day going here. The PB swizzle açaí bowl is my daily lunch! Healthy and the best tasting dish on the beach! The staff is always friendly and amazing!
