Me and the family were exhausted from driving from Texas. We saw the SOHO sign on our way to our hotel, and decided to give it a shot. We quickly got sat by a lovley gentlemen , in a nice booth/table. We were greeted very quickly by Ava A. She was very kind and knowledgable of the menu and provided us with answers to our questions. My kid dropped a HUGE amount of food on the ground on accident , including sticky yum yum everywhere . Ava was very quick to help clean up the mess for us and was very considerate. Our drinks were always refilled, she was always checking up on us , and we even got to-go drinks!! We left very happy and our belly's full. My little boy even said he had a better time there than Disney world. 10/10 would suggest if you're in MB area . (PS: try the ribeye and don't forget the SAUCCYYY bang bang shrimp!!! ).

Gage was an attentive and friendly server. He made great recommendations. Food was phenomenal. Highly recommend the crab Rangoon and Mongolian beef. Will definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

It used to be one of my favorite places until the last time we went; they automatically added a 20% gratuity when there were only two of us.

We stopped in after road tripping all day... Had the lobster tempura roll, salmon nigiri, filet and shrimp hibachi, and spicy shrimp pad Thai. Very generous portions, nice and attentive wait staff, food was yum. With beers on tap it was $100 with tax and 20% tip. Try this place! Nice bar and lots of seating. Lots of choices on the menu including tons of vegetarian options. Bathrooms were clean!

Went here for dinner very nice place . Food was great and portions were good . Service was slow and it wasn’t busy. Came to give us dinks finally, food came out with our mains before the apps . Drinks came slow . Didn’t bother to clear empty dishes off the table asked if we were all good and brought us the bill . Didn’t ask if we wanted dessert or anything just the bill . We went for ice cream some where else . Seems like it could be a great place if the service was better.

Was excited to finally go to Soho, but the food was disappointing at best. Tried several different dishes and the only one we liked was the basic salad, which is kinda hard to mess up. The rest was underseasoned, badly cooked or simply lacked flavor overall. We got a vegetarian sushi roll and it was luke warm, kinda weird since it was cucumber, avocado and cream cheese. Mussels appetizer, the sauce tasted like canned tomato soup? I don't even know how to describe that one and the mussels themselves were toughhhh. Filet skewers, that was... I don't know what part of the cow, but it was tough, overcooked and under seasoned. The vegetable side was so overcooked or maybe it was previously frozen that it had zero texture and once again needed some seasoning. My husband ordered the pork ribs, he said they were terrible. Couscous was soggy. His long Island iced tea was more water than anything else. In general one of the worst dining experiences we have had. I will say our waitress was very polite and good. Will not be going back. Especially with how expensive it was for what we got.

The manager Trey was so helpful during our time at soho. He checked on us and made sure the experience that we had was a good one. Soho on the waterway is definitely a place that you don’t want to miss when visiting Myrtle Beach.

I always love coming to this location for the view and food. A couple of friends and I went last night and asked to be sat in the happy hour area. We got a nice high top table with a nice server Ava. We were never brought happy hour menus so we looked the happy hour specials up on our phones but when we got our bill all the prices were different. We asked to speak to the manager (Trey) about the differences and he was not helpful at all, he basically made up something to make it our fault. He said the website wasn’t what they used for prices and it wasn’t the right website but it was the SOHO website so we looked up SOHO on facebook and they posted the exact happy hour specials 2 days ago. He still didn’t have anything to say or fix except to blame marketing. The difference was pretty hefty. Margaritas were 4.50$ on their website and we were charged 7$ for each one as well as saki was 3$ and charged 6$. He did absolutely nothing but make the end of the experience dreadful for everyone, our poor server was great and we feel bad that this the type of management she has to deal with. Trey needs to learn how to properly deal with a situation like that as a manager instead of blaming the customer and taking 2$ off when in total it was over a 10$ difference on our bills because of their mistake!

Had to call several times just to get through to someone to place an order, just for them to then forget the most important part of the meal. Then didn’t pick up the phone at all when trying to let them know so I can get the rest. Not only that but required payment over the phone, then provided no receipt. So, essentially wasted money. Probably would have been a more pleasant experience if they answered the phone. ( it was NOT busy. )

Went there around 9:30 in the evening. We were seated immediately and the waitress was giving us attention. As the night kept going, she was minimally available. I ordered Philly Eggrolls as an entree and there were some cold spots in it. For my entree, I ordered Teriyaki Steak Dinner. I’ve had much better. I barely touched my food and didn’t even take the leftovers with me.
