UNBELIEVABLE
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I don’t like to write bad reviews. Usually if I bad experience, I just let it go. But tonight, our carhop forgot my Route 44 sweet tea. We had several drinks, and I did not realize the tea was missing until we were on 17 south headed home. Once you’re on 17 you are stuck and cannot turn around for several miles. So by the time we got turned around and back at the drive through, it had been several minutes and our food was cold. I told the employee that they had forgotten my tea and nicely asked if they would replace my cold food. The employee relayed my request manager, and the manager said, ‘No.’

I’m so extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service that I received this evening. I had even tipped the carhop that served us a $5.00.

I love Sonic, but it will be a long time before I return to this one.

Basically, to find out what the latest deals are you have to use their app. And, since you can only use a discount coupon code once in the app you cannot order multiple specials to feed a family. So, as with a few other fast food apps, they are designed for a single person. For example, one can only order one of the half price sodas and frosties. This deal used to be standard after a certain time of day and one could order more than one. So, somewhat annoying. I really think certain deals like the half price sodas and the half price milkshakes should be open to be used in multiples. I did try their double smash burger and it was pretty good! And idea is if you are a family and everyone in the family has a smartphone, have your children install the app and then use one credit card for each if the app will allow you.

Never going here again food was good but the service was terrible frist they didn't even let me tell them my whole order when they did I told them I needed bbq and Kachup I didn't get any so I asked again still nothing so I tried again still nothing so needless to say after 4 attempts we just gave up sorry I even gave them a tip

I got the foot long coney dog and a refresher from here. The refresher was definitely really good, and I would love to try the other flavors. The hot dog was okay, I wish I had 2 different kinds of dogs because it was a lot of hot dog to eat at one time. It was good all around, but the chili cheese got old real fast on the hot dog. The pickle fries were okay, but definitely wouldn't get them again.
