Just drove all the way out of my way there bc google says they stay open to 1am on Friday but at 12:05 they say they are closed 😳 gas isn’t cheap, change your online hours please!

Tried to order at patio. Took 7 minutes to get to speak to someone. The person taking my order left and someone else spoke and said wait sec Then some other person spoke Can I help. I’d already given some of my order to the previous person. When my food was brought to me it was incorrect. It took 18 minutes to speak to 3 different people., get my order wrong and lose my business. What kind of business are you running.

Little Gay dude got a smart mouth after telling him we waited 10 minutes for a pickup order after the time it was supposed to be ready that even drive through cars coming way after us got their orders before us. Keep putting my fries in the bag little bro

Instead of staying open the employees where outside jamming out to music I'm pretty sure they where high they had 2 vehicles right putside the drive threw they closed in 30 minutes and had all the lights off

Waited 45 min. then walked up to window so see why my burger was still not ready, was told someone made a mistake and didn't know who's order it was so my food had been sitting on counter all that time. I was handed the cold food, I asked if they could warm it up.the bag was snatched out of my hand and they made me wait about 15 more mins and Then the cold food back out which had been deliberately smashed( and probly spit on) was brought back out buy the same guy who said some nasty things to me ( the people in the next car we're so shocked by what he said to me their mouths were hanging open) Sadly,This is not the 1st time that I watched this type of behavior from one of the workers bringing out food. Always someone else's fault!

I love sonics as do my kids and normally i would praise them but this 1 was bad. Half of the screens outdoors didnt work , so finally i went to the drive thru and got mine and my daughters food and had to wait 20 min and all the fries and tots were cold as well as all 3 drinks were flat and watered down i ended up throwing them all away and we went some Where else
