Food was average - car hop service was great. It seems like the burgers have gotten smaller. My burger just tasted like every other fast-food burger. The burger was hot and the tots were tasty. I got Groovy Sauce to go along with my tots. The sauce was the highlight of the meal. The car hop was great and she checked back with me during my meal.

Everytime I come here it takes forever to get my food, I checked into a stall after ordering online and after 10 min I had to get the persons attention myself and it looked like they had a long list of orders that they weren't checking. I did it through the app to make things easier but in the end I'm waiting double the time it would have taken if I had just went through the drive thru. It's ridiculous

This location is terrible, long waits only to find out the food is wrong constantly, always out of sides/ingredients. The final straw was I ordered DoorDash this morning and waited an hour only for the dasher to be told they’re not taking DoorDash orders today? Tried to call the location and obviously the phone line there is dead. I can barely comprehend the incompetence

BTW, the day we were there only one server was working. He was fast, courteous and actually apologized for taking so long for our order. We were amused because not only was our order prompt and correct, he was also waiting on a car with at least seven teenagers. The food was hot, delicious and on time. Wish I knew his name so I could recommend a raise. 😆

Customers are great server was friendly but food was lacking again today. Something about that one lady that cooks. Everytime she messed up our food. The chilli cheese tots has maybe 10 tots and loaded with chilli and no cheese. The pretzels were hot and good tho. The chicken sandwich was plain had no flavor at all and was just barely warm. The groovy sauce fries were hard as a rock n not hot. The sausage burrito had no sausage at all in it. That was 2 times this week that happened. This is at least a biweekly hangout for my grands and I but we will go somewhere else from now on.
