Pulled in hit the red button, to start my order. Said someone will be with you shortly. Car then pulled in to my immediate left, and 1 car pulled in 2 stalls over to my right. Both cars go il had their orders taken before me and one car got their meal before I even ordered. Finally ordered on the app, and my order came out. They never reached out to us in the car, and after I placed my order online, my place in the Que went off the screen!

One of the worst locations and unfortunately the closest to me. Customer service stinks and the app never works at this location. Drive to another sonic and the app miraculously works.

Waited in drive thru for 12 mins before i got my order taken, waited 25 more mins in the line, get to the window to see only 3 employees are working. Very unprofessional

Cannot order in the app at this location. Wouldn't honor deals/perks in person tho. (Don't have a button for that was stated) Rudely rushed thru the ordering process, and then items we ordered were missed delaying us even longer as we had to order the rest of it at the window. Meanwhile male employee is inside running his mouth. ( Guessing he was the impatient male that got the order wrong)

Never eaten at Sonic before, but from button press to food being given was over 30 minutes. I am not sure how people have the patience or time to get fast food that takes longer than most sit down diners. Maybe my expectations were just wrong, but I would never willingly wait in a car for that long for average fast food again.

Waited over 20 minutes for a burger corn dog and 2 drinks. Absolutely ridiculous won't be back to this location. And when asked what was taking so long the manager was rude and had a bad attitude

Sat in a bay for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. Watched 15 cars go through drive thru. Seems thats all they care about. Will never eat here again!
Yall workers have one job and that’s to put food in the bag. It is almost 11 at night so I know yall aren’t that busy on a Monday at 11. Learn to put sauces in your DoorDash order when it SPECIFICALLY says which sauces and how many. Thanks !
