I have been going here for a couple of years and is very disappointed with their service this time ! The lady who was taking my order was very rude and i called her out on her behavior! As i got home got out the car with my drink it was pouring all over and as i Looked at the bottom it was all poked ! I did make a complain someone said they would get back to me but never did!!!!

I remember about a month ago, this location was actually enjoyable to go to. As of late, the quality of EVERYTHING has dropped. The food has been awful, even on occasion cold. The wait times are insane, and they always forget or mess up at least one thing every order.

Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else. Me and my family ate here, and the following days we got a terrible case of food poisoning. 3 out of the 4 of us went to the emergency room. The staff was rude and the management team is unprofessional.

Had a hankering for a burger and saw their Sonic Smashers which looked great. Went and got 2 double smashers. Was looking forward to that crispy goodness but only got microwaved garbage. The meat was not crispy and just luke warm. The cheese was slapped on and not even close to melted. Now if this was only on one burger and the other was amazing I would maybe forgive but this was mirrored on BOTH burgers! Stick to the ice cream guys.

This place is amazing, the food is crazy fast from order to the time we get the food. And they have a great selection from breakfast all day to hot dogs to burgers you name it! And not to also mention they have so many slushies and ice cream items.
