A very quaint, quiet and clean condo unit. Enjoyed our week and planning our next stay.

We rented an airbnb here. The balcony is terrific especially when you don't want to go down to the beach. Room was comfy, clean, and bed was nice. Parking is stressful due to the large pylons in the parking lot. We walked to a many places as we could just to avoid losing a good parking space. I did scratch my car trying to park in the underground parking area.
Walkability: A couple of restaurants within a 20 minute walk.
Booked this place for a week in the summer and was hoping for a nice peaceful vacation, right? Well it sure wasn’t! Parking was super tight and cramped with pillars in the way and when all the spaces filled up I had to go into the garage which caused my family to nearly have a heart attack when the car BARELY squeezed under (very steep, narrow, and low ceiling) . When we got to the place the lobby of the building was soaking wet and stinky. After riding up the elevator and getting into our unit the place was dirty and crummy and we noticed numerous broken items… busted blow dryer, a missing light bulbs, coffee table was broken, couch was deteriorating, beds were super squeaky, and the bathroom was so tight that my claustrophobia went HANGO TANGO. Pool was closed the first two days and music from their beach restaurant right in front of the unit was blasting late at night. The next morning after a very miserable night of no sleep, we went to the car to grab a few things. As we were heading into the elevator, a woman let us know how absolutely terrible it smelled. She described it as a diaper explosion and when we went in WHEW, IT WAS FEROCIOUS. It was a mix of tobacco/marijuana and a diaper/poop smell. After a miserable second day, I finally booked a new place. Seriously, never ever ever stay here. It really, really sucks. Only good thing is location is on the beach.

First time staying at the St. Clements Suites and the last. The bathroom tub had to be cleaned with the washcloths they gave because there was residue that you could've removed with the card. The floor was visibly dirty, and you could feel it when you walked, so we wore our sandals the whole time.
The room wasn't what you would expect for this resort. We've stayed in the main building in the past with no issues.
I took the attached pictures as a preventative measure to being charged for the sorry state of the room.
With all that said, the front desk was very polite and professional from check in to getting more towels.

When we arrived there wasn't any toiletries. No soap to even wash your hands. We went to the store to buy toiletries and trash bags. Had to go across the street to ask for toilet paper, and of course, they only give you one roll at a time for a week trip. Therefore, make the next day or so to get another roll. We used to stay here every time we went to myrtle, but this place has really went down and the service was horrible. Call a day ahead and they still don't show up. Pools were not clean at all. I witnessed it being vacuumed once during our stay. It was basically camping for $1900. Total disappointment. Left reviews on surveys 3 times and never got a response. Not worth it!

St. Clement's was a nice place to stay. Everyone was really pleasant, and the place was quite clean. The elevators didn't even have that smell. (You know what I'm talking about.) The bar and grill added a quaint atmosphere with drinks, food, & music, some live.

Stayed Sun to Thurs, 3rd floor. 4 adults. Great view of ocean. Parking isn't ideal for larger vehicles. Pillars to manuever around, best to park at lot closest to road or overflow lot beside caravelle check in. Walmart neighborhood market, Lions and Piggly Wiggly nearby. Loved the fact could walk from building to beach with ease. The food/drink cafe available before the beach makes good drinks! Pool was needing a little upkeep but it served it's purpose. Downside, there was a funky smell, sniffed it out to find a ranch container under the TV stand (wouldn't been able to see if cleaning), water bottle between patio door and curtain, phone jack broken in wall couldn't call front desk about amenities available throughout caravelle resorts. Drinking glass left on patio. Called from personal phone, reported the issues when inquiring about amenities. Next morning, maintenance came to fix phone jack. Housekeeping is by request, we requested more towels for day 2. They brought us enough for the remaining stay. Left for the 2nd day to explore and housekeeping came in and emptied trash and set out even more towels.
Laundry available on site. Pay by app or quarters. Maintenance and housekeeping very friendly. Check in was easy, check out same. Overall would stay again. Privately owned unit, updated furnishings, well communicated prior to stay.
Rooms: Queen bed in living area. Pull out couch. And queen bed at entrance with a slide door for privacy.
Walkability: Easy access to beach. Views from little building, roof top observation deck, handicap accessible, 2 elevators

The room is very small, the sliding door is stuck and heavy to open, the balcony is very small, the bathtub is small, the parking spaces are poorly placed and reduced located on the posts that support the building, the refrigerator is very small, the beds are not pleasant, and the price is very expensive for the condition in which it is found.

Dated room. Worked out fine for our needs during our anniversary. Next door neighbor seemed to smok cigarettes on the balcony Everytime we were on our balcony, ruined our sunrise at the beach both mornings

The room was nice and clean just a little outdated furniture. It was very quiet. The staff was awesome except for the TV in the second bedroom didn't work and they never brought us one. But the biggest disappointment was the parking there is very little parking and what parking they have you have to maneuver around large cement columns that you're lucky if you don't scrape your car.
