I just wanted to leave a review on Troy. He was great. Very respectful and attentive. I needed more creamer and sugar and when I asked him for more he jumped right on it with a smile. I appreciate him.

we decided to try something new since we always go to dunkin we will continue to go to dunkin after this experience…we ordered two venti pumpkin iced lattes light ice cashier responds “is whipped cream okay?” we say yes then we see two grande iced lattes and the lady says “looks like he charged you for a grande” wrong tell that to my card statement! they also had no whipped cream we ask them to remake it which they do and still no whipped cream and on top of that they added extra ice! food was good though whole experience is a 5/10 will not be back to this location and may even stick to dunkin!

I chose the hotel and only upon arrival I found out that there is a Starbucks on the first floor. Excellent location for me, friendly staff, large selection of coffee and snacks. Very clean inside and pleasant location.

We r staying at compass cove n thought how convenient we can go downstairs for Starbucks. Yesterday the 1st day we got what we ordered and it was great ((1st pic) n the lady was awesome so friendly and helpful but today the 2 nd day there was a different lady who you can tell hates her job heck she opened up 21 minutes later than suppose to. She was just so short with us n not helpful heck when she gave me my moca Frappuccino I said no n showed her what I got yesterday she said well we don’t have chocolate drizzle so this is what u get I thought how rude considering how expensive it is in the 1st place. Heck I had to ask for a straw and got go around the corner n get it. Where yesterday that lady just gave us straws. As u can tell in the pictures looks like 2 different drinks. Well hopefully we will have the nice lady back tomorrow morning
