Unfortunately, the coffee was very burnt and overly bitter. It felt as though little attention was given to the preparation of the drinks, possibly due to low customer traffic at the time.
The staff member also appeared uncomfortable and disengaged, which affected the overall experience. Consistency and care are usually expected, especially from a well-known brand like Starbucks, so this visit was disappointing.

I had a very upsetting experience at the Oceanía Boulevard location. The girl with multiple facial piercings was extremely rude to me. I simply asked for three cookies, a coffee, and a strawberry drink. Despite the fact that I speak English, she treated me with clear disrespect and acted in a racist manner toward me because I am Latina. To make matters worse, she ended up kicking me out of the store. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Employees smile when you walk in and always have a positive attitude. Starbucks on the beach, where you can get your favorite coffee and sit on the sand to watch the sunrise. True definition of good hospitality. This has become my family’s favorite morning spot

We went to this Starbucks while staying at the bay view and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The first two days the coffees were amazing! We grab coffee on our way out and I waited over 25 minutes and both coffees were burnt and not made correctly which was a bummer.

Every time we come vaca ay Myrtle we walk to this Starbucks, we love it, they are quick, even in morning rush. They are good and know what they are doing. Three cashier is so sweet and she's always in there when we come!
