Went in to order breakfast. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese burrito only to be told that they were out of those. The cashier, who I am sure was the shift manager, was very attentive to what I wanted. He was very apologetic. I wanted something sugar free to drink, as in an iced coffee, and he hooked me up with the sugar free vanilla. He had a beautiful smile and I could tell that he had a great rapport with the other employees. He was clearly very customer oriented. He deserves a raise! And I can’t help but tell you his name is Troy!! Thank you Troy!!

KUDOS to the only Barista working this morning 2/20/24! This man was the only person working (I did not catch his name) and the place was packed! This man was doing it all, taking orders, cash register, making drinks, making food and calling out finished orders - with a smile! He apologized to everyone individually for the wait. I personally placed a large mobile order and when I got my order, and it was all perfectly made just the way we ordered it. I had to go back in and give this man an additional cash tip for his hard work. Great Service!!!!!

The girl at the register was really friendly but professional. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso add vanilla sweet cream and specified no foam. Every other Starbucks I've been to has had no problem with it. I get my drink and it has foam and I tell them it wasn't supposed to have foam and instead of asking me if I want it remade one of the workers started arguing with me. WONT be going back.

My vacation was going beautifully until this last day ? I’ve never experienced such rudeness on a Sunday morning on 9/17/2023 I want to make sure of this date cause I didn’t get the gentleman’s name or the rude female heaven set white woman manger who jumped in the conversation yelling do you want a refund after I waited online for 30 minutes. Ones she jumped in I proceeded to say I was confused with the transaction and my husband experienced the same the day before he couldn’t see the small key pad so asked for help the young lady tipped herself 4 dollars without his knowledge The managers answer was He couldn’t see but he could. here I can’t believe how this manager is allowed or thinks she can speak like this to customers I spend fifteen dollars daily for last 8 years Have never been treated like this. If a worker doesn’t have customer service knowledge they should not be worker with customers and more if a customer is paying $7.00 for a coffee ?
