I visited Myrtle Beach with my family and stopped here on my way out of town. I could feel the friendliness and good vibes from across the counter. I worked at a Starbucks when I was in college and watching you all work together and engage with customers brought me joy and made me remember why I wanted to be a barista in the first place. You guys are doing a great job, keep making everyone's day brighter!

I’m a truck driver working for a delivery company (Dawn) out of Atlanta, Georgia, and I stop at Starbucks often. I want to recognize Eric for his exceptional professionalism and outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed and valued. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was just right, handled everything quickly, and kept a positive, friendly attitude the whole time.
As someone who’s constantly on the road, good service means a lot—and Eric really stands out. He represents Starbucks in the best way possible.
Highly recommend visiting this location and experiencing Eric’s top-notch service

The worker named Michael i think was very rude. He made my drink wrong and all I asked was for it to be remade. He acted like the world gonna end. He smelled awful and looked like he hadn't showed in months. Not good customer service at all.

Today I had such a wonderful experience at Starbucks! Two male employees went above and beyond to make my visit special. Even though I didn’t catch their names, I truly appreciate the amazing service they gave me.

They not only brought my coffee right to my table, but also made me feel valued and cared for. It’s rare to see that level of attention and kindness, and it really made my day.

Thank you to those two employees for your outstanding service—you turned a simple coffee run into something memorable!
