First day in America after 6 months in Europe and Isaac smile this morning and great customer service was all I needed ☺️🥰 Oh yes, the flat white was also great :) thank you 💞
When we travel, we always stop at Starbucks and buy cups and drinks. This location totally surprised us. No one greeted us, smiled or spoke until we spoke. The cashier looked MISERABLE! Even when I said hi and asked how his day was, he never smiled! The caramel frappe wasn't blended. The iced mocha was bitter and the lid didn't stay on. Also asked cashier for low calorie, low sugar options. His response was basically they only had sf vanilla. Imnot sure I'd try this location again. Receipt doesn't show a name. Was 10.21.24 at 1:35pm.

This location is very inconsistent in making their drinks. They are either way to light/too much creamer/milk etc. Or way too watered down. When asked to remake a drink, baristas get huffy & usually what you get is worse than what they originally gave you. As a local I stopped coming to this location regularly.

It is horrific that they will allow in person customers to wait up to an hour for a coffee just to make sure all online orders r fulfilled but don’t even offer half the menu online to order

This location is usually rocking, friendly, and nails it however today was not normal. Banana nut loaf was ordered as “warmed” but it was definitely not even near a warmer. Shaken espresso has chunks of old creamer in it, and the service was pitiful. Pull up to the drive thru “what can I get you” was all we got. At the window “have a good one” was all we got. Pathetic.

Service is severely lacking in the past few months. Any time I go to the drive thru for my mobile order, I am met with attitude about how they supposedly “just received it” and how i can “see live updates when order is ready and to come through the drive thru then,” even when there was no one in the drive thru OR in the restaurant. Not rushing them or being anything but polite and am met with attitude and distaste. Today (7/27/24) at 5:30ish pm was the last straw after spending thousands of dollars at this store AND tipping the baristas. Never again.
