Today I had such a wonderful experience at Starbucks! Two male employees went above and beyond to make my visit special. Even though I didn’t catch their names, I truly appreciate the amazing service they gave me.
They not only brought my coffee right to my table, but also made me feel valued and cared for. It’s rare to see that level of attention and kindness, and it really made my day.
Thank you to those two employees for your outstanding service—you turned a simple coffee run into something memorable!

I Stop by yesterday like around 7ish and the girl that was at the window, taking the orders was having a hard day. No smile no nothing. While waiting for my order she seemed very bother by the order she was takin. She Was Making faces and her body language said it all.
It wasn’t a good experience, Alissa needs to get checked, customer service is not her strongest. I will be going somewhere else. Good luck with it
Amazing how their customer svc sucks here. You spend $7 for a drink and no HELLO or smile. I always look at the girl right in front of me working when I get my mobile order and say thank you and nothing. So glad when 7 brew opens in a few months. Can't stand these overpriced places that create DEI for employees but don't care about customers. Stop asking for tips.
