As a business owner, I had to write this review, I’m currently in the drive-through right now. Ellie Is the absolute sweetest girl I’ve ever met I’m such a pain when it comes to ordering something new but she was super patient super bubbly and she is somebody who I would want representing my company so I want Starbucks to recognize the type of person that they have working for them and they did a great job hiring her!

I am a DoorDash driver. It has been very hot. On a delivery, I asked for a small cup of water. I was told I had to make a purchase. I said I was bringing their product to a customer. I still had to make a purchase. Y’all suck and I’m disgusted.

I have a complicated favorite coffee, and they make it right almost every time. If i ask to remake (only happened once or twice, it is a complicated recipe) it, the employees aren't angry with me, and are always kind, even though they're always busy.

Starbucks employees need to make sure that the customer gets their points for some reason my card didn’t go through the first time had to swipe it again. My 10 year old daughter love Starbucks and I use the points to get her a free one. They need to add to the app so you can scan your receipt later.
