I am a DoorDash driver. It has been very hot. On a delivery, I asked for a small cup of water. I was told I had to make a purchase. I said I was bringing their product to a customer. I still had to make a purchase. Y’all suck and I’m disgusted.

I have a complicated favorite coffee, and they make it right almost every time. If i ask to remake (only happened once or twice, it is a complicated recipe) it, the employees aren't angry with me, and are always kind, even though they're always busy.

Starbucks employees need to make sure that the customer gets their points for some reason my card didn’t go through the first time had to swipe it again. My 10 year old daughter love Starbucks and I use the points to get her a free one. They need to add to the app so you can scan your receipt later.

I love, love, love this Starbucks! If I could give a trillion stars I would. Every person at this location is super sweet and personable. I’m big on customer service and this location has it. Truly. No other Starbucks I frequent than this one. Starbucks please give them all a raise! They are doing great work!

I may not like some of their political views, but nobody can deny they have a great cut of coffee/latte. They have very well trained employees and are very quick at completing orders. We did drive thru on this visit, and we had our new puppy with us. They gave her a puppuchino, and she loved it. It's such a great treat, and it gets them so excited.
