I love, love, love this Starbucks! If I could give a trillion stars I would. Every person at this location is super sweet and personable. I’m big on customer service and this location has it. Truly. No other Starbucks I frequent than this one. Starbucks please give them all a raise! They are doing great work!

I may not like some of their political views, but nobody can deny they have a great cut of coffee/latte. They have very well trained employees and are very quick at completing orders. We did drive thru on this visit, and we had our new puppy with us. They gave her a puppuchino, and she loved it. It's such a great treat, and it gets them so excited.

Staff is kind, however they can’t seem to get simple orders correct. I order the same thing through the mobile app nearly every time and they add their own variation to it. Ordered 2% milk with my cold brew, received oat milk instead. A few days later they made my drink with artificially sweetened syrup, which once again, I did not order. Consistency would be nice.

Got my order wrong. Seems can't hear drive thru order device. Had them add part missed. Then driving home noticed not decaf but regular. 7 dollars for a drink I can't drink.

I ordered a Vente size… received grande size- said I ordered Vente and they said only charged for Grande- then proceeded to pour my grande into a Vente cup and added something to make it Vente size. I had tipped them before this happened. Very disappointed and poor service and attitude. No more business from me at this location…
SHAMEFUL. Really nasty, unprofessional workers. I used to spend nearly $15-20 EACH day (for over 2 years), but that ends today after the treatment I received this am. “We don’t need your attitude!”, I was told by the leader!! Horrifying when I only asked why my 1/2 caff drip was costing nearly $5 yet other days, with other baristas it’s the normal drip price. I simply can’t afford it. And I don’t need to take their ugly commentary that was totally unnecessary. I apologized for any PERCEIVED attitude adding I typically talk with my hands but they didn’t reply in kind after speaking to me the way they did?!! Too many other coffee shops to choose from… so now I shall. Ba-BYE

I don't drink coffee, so I've never been a Starbucks fan, but...some friends of mine wanted to get a beverage after dinner, so I joined them. The sign on the wall had a picture of the prettiest lemonade (all blue & red)! It was gorgeous. And the bursting berry flavored pearls were amazing! Summer Berry with Lemonade. The perfect refreshing drink anytime of the day! I'm sold - I had another one today!The staff was welcoming and very professional.In front of the store was a sitting area where there was a group of people playing Domino's. It was very inviting.
