Coffee and food was great. However, wait was terrible. Our baby ended up screaming so we pulled out of drive through line and went in. The lady working at the drive thru was screaming at my husband and was extremely rude for leaving the drive thru line. We understand it confused her but she was completely out of line with her behavior. The other girl working there was very helpful however.

Never waited so long in a Starbucks drive thru. I will always have patience for someone making food and crafted drinks, but it was not worth it. We approached the speaker and waited for someone to answer. The lady was very nice once she took our order. However we waited forever to move up 2 car lengths after ordering so we left and so did the person in front of us. Seems as though they need more staff.

I have never waited so long at a Starbucks for service. They are so busy with call/ins at the drive thru, door dash, and call ahead that they don’t even acknowledge a guest standing at the register. When they finally do acknowledge and then take your order, at least 5-7 other orders have been placed in front of the person at the counter so now we wait another 15 minutes to get the food and drinks. If you want good friendly service at this Starbucks you better call ahead.

Customer service terrible waiting on an order instead of the person packing the order they ask someone else to do it while talking mean. Stating I’m mad because I had to wait! First and foremost I said nothing but the order name.

Today was my birthday and I started it right going to this Starbucks! My reward wasn't working in my app so the manger went ahead and gave it to me anyway. They were really busy was still maintained great hospitality. Since it was my birthday ofc I had to get a crazy drink. Let me tell you this drink was so so so good. This girl with red hair (I think her name was Clara) made my drink so well. It was so good and really set my day off right. I couldn't have had a better experience! Thank you guys for giving me a great drink and great service on my birthday!

service was terrible. heavy set man at the window was rude. i order the same drink everyday and could tell the second he handed it to me it wasn't right so i asked for it to be remade. he had a nasty attitude about it.
