I ordered a strawberry açaí small lemonade. I waited for 10 minutes and asked for my drink. Server said you are not my top priority!! That was while she was laughing and talking with other server. I said again I need my drink and she said if you can’t wait then get out of here. Another server came over and told her to stop and she disappeared. The new server prepared my drink and I left. I will never go back to this location!! I’ve been to Starbucks my whole life and have never been treated like this!! Never go back to this location!!!

Only Starbucks i have EVER been too that “cant take” a drink back when it was made wrong. Seriously? I don’t often have a drink wrong but after repeating 3 times we wanted cream, it still was not added. She argued with us and then handed a small cup of cream out for us to add.. to the full drink.. in our car. None of that would have been that bad had she not also argued and been exceedingly rude.

Over $5 for a trenta black coffee, I asked for no ice… she puts ice in it… I say “ hey sorry…there’s not suppose to be ice” she proceeds to turn the cup and show me the label “ well it doesn’t say that on here!” never offered to remake it or just take the ice out and acted like I was the problem. Not to mention the iced americano she made looked like straight milk… I went next door and threw them both away. I’ve been a gold member since 2012, I spend over $3k a year at Starbucks… these type of things happen over and over…especially at this location and the customer is just suppose to deal with it? And then they want gratuity on top of it all? For what? Their attitudes?

Really tried to give this Starbucks a try but they are inconsistent over and over again. Ordered TWO $6 small or tall coffee and I noticed it felt light, opened it and realized both cups were only half full!!!

I pulled up to the drive thru the young lady did not greet me.the way Starbucks normally does. Can I help you is not a greeting. I ordered a Carmel machiatto. Venti. And a.warmed.coffe.cake. you could see the grease on the bag to where the coffee cake had been sitting for a while and it was room temperature. The coffee was good. The gentleman at the window was friendly. But I will skip this Starbucks in the future. But I will remain a loyal customer

26 minutes for my order to be ready. Claimed they were understaffed but there were 4 people within and no orders placed in store while I was there. Drink was wrong. Passiontango idea tea was the same color as citrus energy drink when it should have been red.
