This Starbucks is always popping. I have to do a a order ahead when I know I'm coming to that store!!! The staff is amazing. They know my father and my dog by name LOL because they're up there so often 💖

Hands down best Starbucks in the Myrtle Beach area. Only one I can rely on to make my coffee right. Staff always super friendly and actually seem to care!

Alexis was my barista and she was WONDERFUL!! She was friendly and made my oat milk brown sugar shaken espresso just right :)

They close in 53 minutes i’m sitting in the drive thru and the worker looks me in the eyes and ignores me. She then waits 10 minutes of me sitting there and shuts the lights off. I am reporting you. Just say you’re closing early tonight! She couldn’t be bothered to just say “We have shut everything down early” I would have been understanding! She, again, just looked at me and ignored me for 10 mins. Just rude, mean, and not at all how a business should treat people.. You are 1000% being reported. For a company that is still trying to shake back from losing a large sum of its customer base, you’d think that they’d at least treat people with respect. I will no longer spend money with this company as this experience was actually that bad! Never experienced anything like it.

Love this location. BUT they were 24/7 for a bit during the summer and then never advertised about changing the hours to 5am to 12am. Last week we showed up at 11:55 thinking they are open all night. There is a truck in front of us in line, they order and we pull up, now 12:00 and they tell us they are closed...that they now close at 12am. Okay fine. We will make sure we come in before midnight. Got it. Why do we pull up tonight at 11:15 to the menu turned off and Google still saying they close at midnight? We go to the starbucks app and they changed their hours to 10:30. Awesome. All could have been avoided with updated hours signs at the menu. Just any kind of notice would have been appreciated. The staff there are nice and know what they are doing.

Drinks taste amazing most if not all of the time ive ordered them through doordash, however the food is aweful, and I usually never have a bad experience, but I ordered a tomato and mozzarella sandwich through doordash and it was the saddest excuse of a sandwich I have ever seen, almost no cheese it was completely melted off, no pesto at all and one tiny piece of tomato? I can understand being in a rush but this sandwich was absolutely aweful

Live down the road from this location. Never stop by because I think it’s over priced , but today I just really wanted a coffee . The location is advertised as 24 HOURS . I work overnights and come home /go on break at various times . I stoped by at 12:03 am and was told bluntly they were closed . Months of passing by that 24hour drive thru sign just to be told they were closed . I see they have changed their hours on google to 5am-12am which is new . I get that it’s new and that’s how this happened , but then maybe advertise outside you’re not longer 24hours ??

I unfortunately have to stop coming to this specific Starbucks location. The staff is not that friendly, and the wait time in the drive thru is horrible. I ordered through the app, and I understand when the location is busy there being a delay. There was barely anyone in the store and in the drive thru. It took over 20 minutes for me to get my order, and my egg bites are cold. The staff could care less.
