We are here on vacation and stopped in for coffee! I love that this location stays open all night. Ours don’t back home. Ivy was our barista and she is AMAZING!! She’s so friendly and greets you with a smile!

My experience at this Starbucks location today was wonderful. The barista that was working at the drive-thru this afternoon was so kind. I really appreciate her upbeat and friendly personality and I appreciate her going the extra mile with the little things. The little things do make a difference. I didn’t catch her name, but thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Worst sb ever!!! From The moment you go through the drive-through line the wait time is ridiculous. Last i check drive-through is a quick drive-through, but it takes about 15 minutes to get to the window and then from the window to pick up your order is another 10 minutes the way they run their drive-through line is ridiculous and customer service is not friendly at all as if we are not value don’t get me wrong. it’s just coffee, but they need to figure out how to run a faster smoother service if they want to have customers to keep coming to this location.
Not to mention when we do mobile orders, it should be quick, but it’s never ready every time I get to the window!! Although when I do get my food by the time I get it, it’s cold.

As usual at a Starbucks, we waited for our breakfast sandwiches well beyond getting our coffee. At that point, we were informed that they were out of stock on one of the sandwiches then I waited probably another 10 minutes because instead of the person informed us going and getting me a different sandwich I waited in line just like I placed an order very disappointed with Starbucks procedure when you order coffee and food they never come together

Wouldn’t take $100 bill on 40 dollar order what a stupid rule just get a bill checker idiot management

I came through the drive through this morning, the Caucasian older woman with the ear length hair is rude. Customer service is horrible. I’ve never went to a Starbucks in the area with such a nasty attitude. They were not busy and either way her attitude and lack of customer service was not warranted. This was my first visit to this location and surely will be my last.

I’ve always had the best experiences at this Starbucks Location. Especially with Kensley Love! She is always so kind and helpful and has now recommended my new favorite drink; Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. She is truly an asset to this company and she deserves all the accolades and recognition! I will continue to recommend family and friends to this particular location because of Kensleys incredible customer service!!!!
