Love the people! Good coffee. However my only issue is the lights. The lights are on a timer set for the summer obviously. It's dark in the parking lot at 6:45am and the place looks closed. The sign and the menu is not lit up. Can't see the menu to order off it. Good thing I order the same thing every morning. I'd like to try other things. Please either reset the timer or put it on a light sensor.

The reason why I’m giving this location one star it’s not because the coffee is not good or the other products, it is mainly for atmosphere and customer service. Someone needs to tell the guys working here that it is not about them playing music extremely loud so they can sing along to Disney songs. I was there for a meeting with a client and they had the radio blazing with sound playing nothing but Disney music with people working there singing along.I am all for enjoying your work and all for having some leniency but when you are a customer there for meetings or to meet people socially, it is extremely rude to play music that loud, and also that annoying when customers are trying to enjoy themselves. I would ask the owner to try to concentrate on meeting with somebody and play Let it go from frozen really loud and see if he can concentrate. i’m sure this could be a great establishment, but the workers need to not treat it like their Disney sing along.@

Terrible. Got burned by coffee due to drivethru not securing the plastic cup cover. The paper cup was overfilled, too, and flimsy which caused it to continue to slosh on me and the car seat. I was a passenger NOT driving thankfully or could have lost control of the car. Also, the coffee not too hot so did not leave burns. Finally to add insult to injury, the coffee tasted old, not fresh. I have not had good experiences at the local Starbucks these days.

I usually order my drinks with extra coconut milk, and the label on the cup literally says, "Ex Co Milk 3/4." Yet, the Starbucks baristas at this location often don't know how to read. Occasionally, I’ll encounter a barista who gets it right, but most of the time, they don’t. Once, a barista even said, "Oh, I thought it was the opposite because another customer orders it that way." That’s great for the other customer, but unfortunately, I am not them!

The takeaway? Starbucks should consider prioritizing reading and comprehension skills in their employee training programs. It shouldn't be this difficult to read four things that are in bold.

I got a venti caramel ribbon crunch and it was awful nothing in it but ice and whipped cream no taste first one ever to be like this I couldnt even drink it after paying over 7.00 for it .... very disappointed no caramel taste at all watered down whipped cream and milk

This Starbucks has gone down hill big time. I get a coffee each morning before work from here but recently had to stop due to my drinks being either only half full or just so nasty you can’t even drink it. Maybe some retraining here is needed because it is not cheap to get a Starbucks specialty drink each morning. I will say staff and is definitely nice but drinks are horrible. Long wait times too. I drive past this to go to one further down 17 as I know my drinks are always great from there.

Baristas made my drink incorrectly today and refused to remake it stating that "they can't keep remaking the drink for me because it's a common occurrence". First of all I rarely go to this Starbucks anymore (even though it's only a mile from my house) because they never get my drink right so how common an "occurrence" could it be? Secondly if they made it right the first time I wouldn't have to keep taking extra time out of MY day to come back and inside the store when I went through the drive thru to avoid having to do that! I won't be back there.

I came through the drive thru this morning and ordered a bacon Gouda sandwich (warmed) and it was ice cold when I went to pull it out of the bag for my child. This wasn’t heated in the slightest and was just thrown into the bag. I called this location just to let them know so it just doesn’t happen to anyone who may not be as nice as me and the woman who I spoke with couldn’t care less and was very sarcastic. Definitely check everything before you leave. This isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location. They were also out of all pumpkin flavoring today which was a bummer.

Who works at this location? Why every time I try to make an order, they keep forgetting put extras in my coffee that I pay for?? Can you read THE ORDER??? So pissed of every morning cause they can’t even make your coffee right( so disappointing
