I went to this Starbucks the past few days and I noticed that the manager, who is normally there at this time, wasn't. I asked an employee named Raina why he wasn't there in case anything happened to him. This employee told me he was fired and said it with such enthusiasm. I was appalled at responce because Gary was the reason I came to this Starbucks even though there are ones closer to my house. For the duration of my time here that employee kept giving me dirty looks because I voiced my concerns about Gary. The nights that I was there late Gary would watch me walk to my car and make sure I got there safe and he always asked me how my food and drinks were. Gary is the true definition of what customer service and management should be.

The absolutely most beautiful drink I’ve ever been served, the staff were very alert apon my entry. They were very patient with my needs and me being new to Starbucks… I wasn’t sure what I really wanted, I was guided into a new limited time drink and along with a delicious snack, I will be coming here far more often.
