It's a Starbucks. Staff was friendly. It was clean. No drive through.

Parking: There was a handful of parking spots on the side of the building with parking meters.

The employees are too involved in their own personal conversations to make the customer feel welcomed much less have the customer feel valued. When they make your drink wrong they turn it on you and blame you the customer because they could not get it right. Is it really that hard to shake a shaken espresso drink? I can and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Have been reading about Starbucks new CEO's efforts to turn things around. Boy they really need it! Have been avoiding Starbucks for a while now, given it's overpriced and pathetic sugary menu. Unfortunately had to visit this one today as it was the nearest open coffee shop. Got a pumpkin spice latte, asked for a less sweet version. Got a tepid sugary liquid which was pathetic .What a waste of money!
Will definitely go back to my resolution of avoiding Starbucks.

This doesn’t feel like a Starbucks located in a destination resort town on the Atlantic Ocean.

The gal that made my $7 Grande Nitro coffee with light/(small amount) cream over ice in a venti cup added so much cream it looked like milk over ice. I asked her to make it again, this time with cream on the side and she had this attitude with my request. So she short poured me about a third less of the amount of Nitro coffee. Not sure if it was on purpose or she just bad at her job. At that point I just gave up and started to compose this review.

They need to fire management and all the staff and hire management who understands providing great hospitality to hire and run all the crews.

I was actually shocked because usually the staffs at Starbucks are happy with their jobs.

Perhaps she was having a bad day, oh well tough luck for this Starbucks, because today they get only 1 Star from me.

This place is over rated the prices are ridiculous too expensive and it don't taste as good as it use an the cashier added a tip on my bill after I told her no tips never going back

The staff at this location is so sweet and I always enjoy my experience when I stop if I am on that side of town! But today I did not see that same great team, what I saw was disappointing. The employee seemed to just doing her job, and the girl working the register asked who appeared to be in charge or the manager a question and she made a nasty comment that was very unnecessary. She continued to berate employees infrastructure of customers. I don't know the names of any of the girls, but I felt obligated to point this out because of how it affected my experience along with the other people. My drink was great as always, but the experience left a bad tate in my mouth.

8 employees - 6 were standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing while the other two young ladies were taking orders & making drinks for the customers. I honestly left the store feeling horrible for the 2 who were doing all of the work.

I ordered an oatmeal with brown sugar and fresh blueberries and a green tea latte with no foam. I got freeze dried blueberries which are disgusting and packs of sugar in the raw instead of the brown sugar! When I asked the girl she said that’s how it comes meanwhile I place this order several times a week! And we allllllll know how overpriced this place is. Now I don’t mind paying the price as long as I get what I ask for. Meanwhile, she brings my green tea latte that says no foam right on the sticker and I pick it up and literally my whole cup is full of foam. When I asked her about the Meal she said those are the only blueberries they have which is fine and that is the only sugar they have. However, I asked for brown sugar. There is a significant difference between brown sugar and oatmeal and white granulated sugar, and oatmeal. Also my oatmeal cup was barely half full! I told her I would like a refund on the oatmeal because I was not going to eat it. She told me I would have to wait in line which literally had over 10 people standing in line. Another woman came up to me and told me that they can’t give refunds. I would have to call the corporate office. I then actually apologized for complaining about my tea, but told her that I literally had a whole cup of foam. She never apologized, but said that’s what happens when you use skim milk. However, I order this several times a week and if they know how to make it, they know to hold the foam back. I am sick and tired of getting overcharged at Starbucks but then not getting what I’m ordering and getting an attitude on top of it. Does anybody have good customer service anymore??? All I asked for Was a cup of oatmeal with a brown sugar and blueberries, and a cup of green tea latte and neither one was correct and I get an attitude with an explanation why the wrong way is the right way!!!!!
