I ordered an oatmeal with brown sugar and fresh blueberries and a green tea latte with no foam. I got freeze dried blueberries which are disgusting and packs of sugar in the raw instead of the brown sugar! When I asked the girl she said that’s how it comes meanwhile I place this order several times a week! And we allllllll know how overpriced this place is. Now I don’t mind paying the price as long as I get what I ask for. Meanwhile, she brings my green tea latte that says no foam right on the sticker and I pick it up and literally my whole cup is full of foam. When I asked her about the Meal she said those are the only blueberries they have which is fine and that is the only sugar they have. However, I asked for brown sugar. There is a significant difference between brown sugar and oatmeal and white granulated sugar, and oatmeal. Also my oatmeal cup was barely half full! I told her I would like a refund on the oatmeal because I was not going to eat it. She told me I would have to wait in line which literally had over 10 people standing in line. Another woman came up to me and told me that they can’t give refunds. I would have to call the corporate office. I then actually apologized for complaining about my tea, but told her that I literally had a whole cup of foam. She never apologized, but said that’s what happens when you use skim milk. However, I order this several times a week and if they know how to make it, they know to hold the foam back. I am sick and tired of getting overcharged at Starbucks but then not getting what I’m ordering and getting an attitude on top of it. Does anybody have good customer service anymore??? All I asked for Was a cup of oatmeal with a brown sugar and blueberries, and a cup of green tea latte and neither one was correct and I get an attitude with an explanation why the wrong way is the right way!!!!!

WOW! what an amazing place!From day 1 to day 4, I have felt nothing short of royalty ?. This Starbucks has been so accomodating, so hospitable, so professional and welcoming. It's like I would imagine Starbucks in Heaven. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location! My coffee was perfectly made every time! My special requests were done as if to say your welcome here, please come back to see us!BEWARE: don't let the one person I interacted with day 5, scare you away. I felt like a child being scolded for asking ? for something a little extra - I just wanted my grilled cheese EXTRA toasted. I left feeling teribble that I even asked for extra oven time. If I hadn't known what special people worked there, I would have NEVER returned!Well, I went back in the afternoon still day 5 and all the wonderful, awesome people were there. There were some I hadn't met, but they were all super incredible and super awesome. THANK YOU to all of them, except for one, that made my time here in Myrtle Beach, a little bit more peaceful, a little bit more enjoyable and just a little bit more like Heaven on earth.I know day 6, 7 and 8 will be AMAZING!I can't wait to come to visit again and you can bet I will tell all my friends what wonderful experiences I had, right here near my condo, just a hop skip and a jump away.

No Pets Allowed at a coffee shop is just the owner saying they dont like Animals. One out 20 Coffee shops that wont allow it... Just speaks we are lazy and any rule that makes our life easy will do. It speaks Volumes.. The one a block up the street allows dogs, and greeted her with a smile..

While the encounter was great i ordered a venti carmel Frappuccino and it was the worst ive ever had..it was unsweetened and hardly any taste...throw my entire morning off had to grab another one from McDonald's..horrible.

Im a type 1 diabetic. I am shocked how irresponsible Starbucks is with misleading people with their products. I ordered a black ice coffee with 3 stevia. 30 minutes later i started feeling sick. My blood sugar went from 110 to 276. I checked tge Starbucks website only to find they add 30 grams of sugar to thier black coffee! Coffee ordered "black" means nothing added. If someone asks for artificial sweetener in their coffee its pretty obvious they dont want 30 grams of sugar in the coffee! Unbelievable. Diabetics should stay away from irresponsible companies like Starbucks. Fyi their egg white bites have a lot of added carbs too. Very misleading.

I walked down from my hotel and I ordered a hot coffee with oatmilk and one sugar. I walked back to my hotel, took a sip and almost threw up. The coffee tasted like trash. It must have been the last bit of coffee in the container. It was unbearable, I tasted like copper. I walked back to request a refund and or a remake. The store remade my coffee and but refused to give me a refund. I paid $7 for my coffee, and had to make two trips. I was sad to hear they would not refund my money. I will order from Starbucks again. In Boston, I wouldn't pay this much for coffee, and I would not be subject to this poor customer service experience. Never again......

im a barista from another Starbucks and this is not a good location. The staff is very nice and do provide that sense of community that Starbucks aims to provide, but the service itself is very poor. They are not trained well on register and bar because each time something was wrong it was one of 2 things: 1) the drink was rung up wrong, usually it was missing modifications and 2) the drink was made wrong because the instructions on the stickers are not followed. They were very nice when I asked for a remake because my drink was wrong, but even the remake was not what I was looking for. There was never a supervisor keeping the team running the way it should so most of the staff just stood around. Dirty dishes were often reused (specifically the refresher base pitchers) and milks were left out of temp on the counter for long periods of time. I could've just been picky and compared this store to the one I personally work at, but still there's a lot that doesn't sit well with me
