They pick and choose who they enforce certain policies on and then use the fact that they’re not a corporate store to hide behind!
Went in to redeem points and they told me it was different then any other Starbucks that I have gone to. I scanned my Starbucks card for the 9.58. I tried to pay the rest with a credit card but said the barcode would not work in their own app. I told them to cancel the order and left. I checked my card and the 9.58 was not back in my account. When I came back to bring it up a lady with green hair laughed right at me. When I asked why was she laughing she scoffed at me and shrugged...read full review
