Love Starbucks but what a beautiful soul that helped me!! Her name is Chelsea; she is a jewel and demonstrates what’s good in our youth today in the world!

Whenever I am here, the staff has been very friendly. Ibrahim was very kind to me and had great customer service. As someone who has worked in their service industry, I know it can be challenging. Whenever I stop by the staff is always kind towards me.
I went here just a couple days ago and a wonderful woman named Chelsea helped me and made my drink quickly and had a smile on her face the whole time. She was very nice and the service was fast. The environment of Starbucks was nice and inviting! Will be going back.

I can’t really rate the food as I only got coffee..and, what a wonderful Latte it was! I haven’t frequented Starbuck’s for a while because I always got a bitter aftertaste after each sip..or, if I got a Latte..couldn’t taste the coffee at all because there was not enough coffee in the mix(..whether I liked it or not..I still wanted to taste it..) I happened to be at Coastal Grand Mall today and REALLY needed a cup of coffee! What a pleasant surprise when I stopped in(..sort of dreading what I might get..), and Yasmin made me the most wonderful Latte I’ve ever had from any Starbuck’s I have been to in the past. She..along with Can were extremely welcoming and kind, and I’ll make sure to return to their store when I find myself at the Mall again:)

Drive thru worker added a tip for hinself.
I didn’t realize u til after I drive away and he didn’t give me a receipt. My total came to $14 and change for two coffees - my card was charged $16 and change.

Try to give a tip and small Spanish girls starts to cry and go in the back and told her boss I threw money at her .....wow people!!!! But please go by and see Emma tall black hair girl she is the sweetest

I have visited this location twice in Oct 2024, and was excited to reintroduce myself to the Starbucks brand. I installed the mobile app and became a rewards member. My first order included a turkey panini sandwich which I brought home to eat. The sandwich tasted like it had been made days earlier. One edge of the roll was stiff and dry as if it had been overcooked in a microwave. The turkey was less than half of one slice, less than half the length of the roll. The turkey was grey and tasted off as if it had gone bad. I decided not to complain because I had gotten a pricier beverage for free using an offer in the mobile app. I returned a week later for a small cappuccino and an apple croissant. The cappuccino, advertised as an 8 oz drink, held probably 3 oz of liquid including foam, was watery and had no espresso or milk flavor. The foam even tasted watery. The paper cup was chintzy and felt hot, not like their regular cups--too small to fit the cup protector. When I complained to the barista, he seemed irritated with me and I was told, to paraphrase,"... that's the way they come." While he did add a little bit of regular coffee to my drink, the cup was still less than half full, still watery tasting. Also, I was somewhat insulted since I've been a Starbucks customer for over 30 years and have had plenty of their small cappuccinos. The apple croissant was tasty but was two bites, like a small muffin. On this trip, I also discovered that a BOHO coupon that was supposed to be good for a month had disappeared from my mobile app. I did contact customer support a day later and they said the second coupon had expired, which was crazy because I only had the app for a week or so. The fine print said the offer expired in 30 days. Anyway, I don't know if the service and quality issues are limited to this location or systemic nationwide.

Fantastic Service at Mall Location!
Stopped by the Starbucks at Grand Strand mall and was blown away by the exceptional service and how clean and organised it was! Baristas were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
Order was prepared quickly, and the store was immaculate. Kudos to the whole team!
Will definitely return to this location!

I placed a large order for me, my wife and 3 daughters before we return back to Cary NC, and it was all perfectly made just the way we ordered it.
The place was packed, The team behind the counter were like a beehive, taking orders, doing cash register, making drinks, making food and calling out finished orders, with a smile, they apologized to every customer individually for the wait.
I had to leave an additional cash tip for their hard work.
