The women here are very rude. They took my name down incorrectly, I patiently waited for 15 min for my order and then I went to the cashier to ask about it she points me to the mobile pick up rolls her eyes and says that order has been sitting there for 10 min. I did not order mobile pickup and the name was taken down incorrectly how do you get the name Jordan when I said Joy. In the very least apologize for the mistake and move on there is no need to be rude simply because you cannot understand what was spoken to you

This Starbucks location was doing the Bearista giveaway today—and I won! Huge thank-you to the barista who told me about the giveaway and mentioned that the Hello Kitty merch is coming back. When I arrived, the staff even cheered me on. Their customer service is amazing! I am definitely coming back.

When I went the workers spelled my name wrong even when I told them the correct spelling. Also, the workers didn’t stir my drink at all because the coffee creamer was at the bottom so I had to stir myself. Finally, the drink was not sweet like it was supposed to be it was like there was no sugar at all. Also, WHY CAN’T THEY MAKE MOCHAS ANYMORE! Btw I got a caramel macchiato since I couldn’t get a mocha! 😞

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks in the MB area. Working at the mall, even on my day off I will go out of my way to park and walk in to get my items from this store. The employees are always so nice to talk to in a genuine way and not in a fake customer service way. They take the time to know their regulars and I love that!! The store is so cute too with their boards about employees. It really gives off that they take care in where they work and who comes in!! <3

I have POTS (a heart condition) and salt helps with it when I have flare ups. I went to this store and asked if they had anything salty, and the cashier got snappy with me and was very rude while I was struggling to take my money out because I was shaking so bad from my flare up. Everyone else is extremely nice, and this is the only problem I’ve had. She’s a blonde lady with an accent.
