Whenever I am here, the staff has been very friendly. Ibrahim was very kind to me and had great customer service. As someone who has worked in their service industry, I know it can be challenging. Whenever I stop by the staff is always kind towards me.
I went here just a couple days ago and a wonderful woman named Chelsea helped me and made my drink quickly and had a smile on her face the whole time. She was very nice and the service was fast. The environment of Starbucks was nice and inviting! Will be going back.
I can’t really rate the food as I only got coffee..and, what a wonderful Latte it was! I haven’t frequented Starbuck’s for a while because I always got a bitter aftertaste after each sip..or, if I got a Latte..couldn’t taste the coffee at all because there was not enough coffee in the mix(..whether I liked it or not..I still wanted to taste it..) I happened to be at Coastal Grand Mall today and REALLY needed a cup of coffee! What a pleasant surprise when I stopped in(..sort...
