Great Customer Service!! It was only one employee on site , and we arrived 6 minutes before 9:00 pm ! And this young lady with glasses didn’t refuse to serve us even though she was busy !! That’s a five star customer service !!

When Starbucks says it opens at 5am id expect someone to be there to open the door by 6:30. Unfortunately there was not. Don’t expect much from the literal armpit of the United States.

Couldn’t get my coffee this morning because I couldn’t get the girl behind the counter to get off her phone.
Why did the owner remove the happy cactus (Aka The Pickle). Me and my girls looked forward to seeing him and ask for him if it’s not out. Bring him back! Life is meant to be fun :)

The Starbucks inside this store is AWFUL! The girl behind the counter with the curly hair and glasses is SO INCREDIBLY NASTY, WORST ATTITUDE EVER! She also looks filthy dirty and she has multiple hickeys all over her neck. I told her my drink was wrong and didn’t taste right.. her response “ well if you knew what you were ordering we wouldn’t have this problem
