Starbucks at Broadway at the Beach

I asked for a dark roast and was told no. I asked if they could brew some and was told no. It was only 3pm. The cost of one cup of dark roast should cover the whole cost of brewing it. I have been here before and they had no problem brewing me just one cup. Just lazy employees. I will try the other coffee establishments in Broadway next time.

Fantastic service!! Jackson greeted us with a smile and was super knowledgeable about all of the different drinks they offer and was happy to help me decide. Best shaken espresso I’ve ever had!! 10/10 experience.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to this Starbucks location. From the moment I arrived, my daughter and I, international tourists, were subjected to racist looks and behavior. Furthermore, my drink was prepared incorrectly and the food was poorly heated, raw, and flavorless. When we requested a replacement for my drink, the employee did so abruptly. Overall, the atmosphere and food quality were severely lacking.

Leo did a fantastic job making my hot Americano. I only allow myself Starbucks occasionally if it's been a rough week at work. I'm always nervous it won't be right and I'm not one to complain so I just usually drink it no matter what. It was made exactly the way I used to make it when I was a barista. We went here twice while on vacation. My daughter always gets a peppermint hot chocolate. The first time we had already left the store when she said it had no whip cream or chocolate curls. The second time we checked before leaving the store and the associate said that only the drinks with espresso come with whip cream and chocolate curls. When you order from the app it lists all the ingredients and the picture in the store shows it. Not sure why they aren’t making the drink the way it’s advertised. Also this location is priced way higher than others. I paid $5 more for our 3 fl drinks than I usually do.
