Starbucks at Broadway at the Beach

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to this Starbucks location. From the moment I arrived, my daughter and I, international tourists, were subjected to racist looks and behavior. Furthermore, my drink was prepared incorrectly and the food was poorly heated, raw, and flavorless. When we requested a replacement for my drink, the employee did so abruptly. Overall, the atmosphere and food quality were severely lacking.

Nice Starbucks although the seating isn't super comfortable. And annoying there's no bathroom.

Leo did a fantastic job making my hot Americano. I only allow myself Starbucks occasionally if it's been a rough week at work. I'm always nervous it won't be right and I'm not one to complain so I just usually drink it no matter what. It was made exactly the way I used to make it when I was a barista. We went here twice while on vacation. My daughter always gets a peppermint hot chocolate. The first time we had already left the store when she said it had no whip cream or chocolate curls. The second time we checked before leaving the store and the associate said that only the drinks with espresso come with whip cream and chocolate curls. When you order from the app it lists all the ingredients and the picture in the store shows it. Not sure why they aren’t making the drink the way it’s advertised. Also this location is priced way higher than others. I paid $5 more for our 3 fl drinks than I usually do.

It was fairly empty in this off season but the two ladies working were so sweet and made our drinks well.

Very cute building, you have to walk in from the parking lot before you can see the signage.

They didn't want to take our order and there are still 15 minutes left. We were a family of 7 and they turned off the light.?

Very busy for early Sunday morning bc softball tournament in town. Her system had been acting up, but she got us all taken care of pretty quickly and orders were done exactly right. Great merch selection and nicer seating areas than most so nice place to pause if you’re shopping and enjoying time at Broadway at the Beach.

This was easily the cutest Starbucks we’ve seen. The employees are also the nicest we’ve come across. The drinks did what they needed to. That summer berry drink they had with the raspberry-flavored boba was a bit strange but that’s why I got a tall lol.

Parking: There’s a lot of parking available and it’s free as well - the Starbucks is in the shopping center but the parking lot surrounding the center is massive.
