Automated crap, drink dispensers don’t work, the people who do exist here unfortunately don’t have people skills anymore because it’s all self service until the machines go down.

Food and shakes were good. Tables were dirty though. It looked as of no one wiped down any tables for the whole shift. Including my table, there was only one other table being used. The restaurant was empty. Big turn off for wanting to eat inside again.

The older gentleman working the front was very polite, attentive. Airport was not busy, service was very fast and accurate. Since I live in the north I don’t get steak and shake very often. Delicious.
Bought 3 gift cards earlier for family that would be flying out of Myrtle Beach airport to Penna. When my niece went to use them she was told they are Not accepted at this location. WTH!!It is your Only location here in Myrtle Beach.

Horrible place and rude people. Service took forever (which is usually fine with me, I’d rather wait for fresh food than get old food right away), and it came wrong and the fries were cold. Im sure the only reason they were so busy is that it was Sunday and Chick fil a was closed. Smart management would capitalize on that and provide excellent food and service so they will choose to come back, not mess up orders and be rude to patrons.The burger wasn’t bad once I received the correct one, but I did not get the advertised upgraded roll that was supposed to with the most expensive burger. The fries were cold and clearly not fresh- although I waited for a burger twice.Stay away, there are two cafes that looked nice that I wish I had tried. It was not fast food, and it wasn’t good either.

Had no idea you had to walk into the airport to eat here was so confused when my GPS took me there. We couldn't even see it from the front windows so wasn't sure where it was in there.
