Food and shakes were good. Tables were dirty though. It looked as of no one wiped down any tables for the whole shift. Including my table, there was only one other table being used. The restaurant was empty. Big turn off for wanting to eat inside again.

The older gentleman working the front was very polite, attentive. Airport was not busy, service was very fast and accurate. Since I live in the north I don’t get steak and shake very often. Delicious.

Bought 3 gift cards earlier for family that would be flying out of Myrtle Beach airport to Penna. When my niece went to use them she was told they are Not accepted at this location. WTH!!It is your Only location here in Myrtle Beach.

Horrible place and rude people. Service took forever (which is usually fine with me, I’d rather wait for fresh food than get old food right away), and it came wrong and the fries were cold. Im sure the only reason they were so busy is that it was Sunday and Chick fil a was closed. Smart management would capitalize on that and provide excellent food and service so they will choose to come back, not mess up orders and be rude to patrons.The burger wasn’t bad once I received the correct one, but I did not get the advertised upgraded roll that was supposed to with the most expensive burger. The fries were cold and clearly not fresh- although I waited for a burger twice.Stay away, there are two cafes that looked nice that I wish I had tried. It was not fast food, and it wasn’t good either.

Had no idea you had to walk into the airport to eat here was so confused when my GPS took me there. We couldn't even see it from the front windows so wasn't sure where it was in there.
I haven't been to a Steak 'n Shake in years, and thought I'd use my wait at the airport to try it again. Service was great... quick and friendly. But the burgers were disgusting. It was like eating salt on a bun.... somebody really messed up my order. On the plus side, the fries were great.

It made our day to see a Steak n Shake as soon as we arrived at the airport being as though they here aren’t many left! The staff is so friendly and efficient and I can only pray they keep this Golden Unicorn open for as long as possible!!!

I have never been in a line to purchase food and the cook in this establishment had her phone up to her ear the whole time while cooking. Either she should be retrained or loose her job. With the different types of disease out here, people should be afraid to place an oder and or take pride in where you work.Sadden by this experience!!
