Both myself and daughter got food poisoning from this Subway. Most likely to food being left out too long but it was 2 days of hell for us. We should have known better then to get Pre-sliced/Precooked meats at an airport and by the way it was one of the worst subway sandwiches I have had.

Probably my worst experience at a subway in my life. The hotshot italiano was pitiful. The sandwich was missing ingredients and barely any meat. I waited for 45 minutes to get this sandwich combo which was 17 dollars. Absolutely terrible experience and this place is only open because it’s one of the only options available to eat in the outdated terminal.

Sat in line for 35 minutes. There were 3 people working but only one job each (two more in the back not accounted for). One would start the sandwich and toast. The other one would take out of the toaster and put toppings on and wrap and bag. The other did nothing but stand at the register and check folks out. They would stand there doing nothing if the next sandwich was not ready for their task. They talked to each other doing nothing if waiting on a sandwich in the toaster. Even if they were more than capable of starting a new sandwich to be more efficient. It honestly felt like they were doing it on purpose so folks would leave. Obviously, I don’t know their true intent, I’m just guessing. I have never experienced a worse fast food experience at an airport and there have been some doozies. This is subway after all. The 35 min includes people getting out of line because they could no longer wait. I needed food for my next flight but dang this was rough.

We received wonderful customer service who explained the reason for the delay and still handled our order promptly after an earlier issue had been resolved. Friendly and professional. Would def' stop back again and recommend it.

Slowest subway I have ever been to. Employees were just standing around barely working.

GOODBYE LUCIFER GOODBYE ☺️
Today on 12/20 I had a horrible traveling expirence, my airline gave me a coupon to redeem but didn’t explain how to use it. I tried to use it at subway and was short money due to not knowing how to properly redeem the voucher. The workers helped accommodate me greatly. It was a gentleman and woman working. Thank you again❤️❤️❤️
Mediocre service and Italian sub would have gone to chic-fil-a but I guess this sad excuse for a sandwich will have to cut it for a Sunday. Now when I eat garbage meat on stale bread I'll have something to remember my trip.
Subway always tasted not so fresh and more of a frozen product to me. Sandwiches are skimpy and food is just ok, could be much better. Local grocery stores like Publix are much better these days with making deli sandwiches than this franchise.

If I wasn’t starving and there was some other option besides chick-fil-a and Starbucks for just something basic and healthy I would’ve went elsewhere. The bread was HARD. I’m pretty sure I was given stale bread which made the whole sandwich taste off. I also asked for a little bit of the dressing and was ignored. My tiny sandwich was doused in mayo. Would not recommend. Just get food before you come to this airport. The options are sad

Service wasn’t that great but the cashier was friendly
Our subs were great, and the produce tasted fresh. There's no seating at this Subway, and the prices were slightly higher than other Subways (~ $20+ for 2 people) due to being located in Myrtle Beach International Airport.
Closed us out 35 minutes before they actually closed, they didn't have the much of a line and then no one is there with 20 minutes left till actual close. I tried to order online for 30 minutes but it didn't take my card?!
