Just a normal subway…that asks for tips. I am not sure for what other than an extra handout because tip entitlements seem to be everywhere. If the owner isn’t paying enough then that’s a problem but the solution isn’t asking for tips. If the service here is making the sandwich then I’m at a loss.

I ordered an Italian cold cut. I tried to return it because it had bologna on it. I don't eat bologna. They would not return it or make me a different sandwich. Poor customer service. Not a happy customer. Stuck with a sandwich I can't eat.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Female manager was argumentative, unhelpful, and unkind on an order that was made incorrectly. Will be contacting corporate to advise what’s going on at this franchise.
