I ordered an Italian cold cut. I tried to return it because it had bologna on it. I don't eat bologna. They would not return it or make me a different sandwich. Poor customer service. Not a happy customer. Stuck with a sandwich I can't eat.

Got there at 9:21 pm, got told they were closed. The door says 9:30 pm. Didn't even argue, because why bother. Please hire better.
I usually don't rate fast food but this one is worth the mention..I don't know if it was the food or the service. Derick was working and I don't know that I will ever forget him. He was so helpful to the new employee, he made sure to greet everyone as they came it. He talked to you like he had always known you. You can tell that he is an all the way around good guy. So glad that we didn't pass on subs that day!
