On Sunday 6/22/25 at 4pm, I went into this Subway to order for our road trip to Charleston. We are local, and have been into this store several times. Outside were two employees having a smoke break. Everyone should have breaks, that isn't the problem. The person they left in the store ignored me. There was no one else in the store. She turned her back to me and started putting away items into some undercabinet refrigerators. I waited a minute or two, then said 'excuse me', she didn't respond. We were in a hurry, so I needed to get something to go to eat in the car. So I went outside and asked one of them, if they could take my order, and went back inside. They contacted the one inside through some headset, and she glared at me, and yelled, 'You've got to be kidding me. Are you serious? You couldn't wait for me to put this stuff away?' I realized then that I would not be getting anything from here. I started walking out, and she yelled, 'Have a nice day' really sarcastically. What horrible customer service. I will be also sending this info to Corporate.
Best subway I have been to. Drive-thru was very handy and staff extremely friendly and clean.

This is for the River Oaks location. I've been to this subway twice as it's close to my house. Each time was disappointing. The sub was not good. Very skimpy sub. Hardly anything on it. The second time I ordered on the app. Went to the drive thru and nobody came. I had asked for the subs to be extra toasted. They didn't appear to be toasted at all. Hardly any meat or toppings on the sub. The sub was not good. I have subway gift cards, so I will try other locations from now on.

My meatball sandwich was cold, not cooked and way too much oregano on it. I called and returned the part of sandwich i didn't bite out of and the supervisor only wanted to give me a partial refund because I didn't bring the other part of sandwich i threw in trash. What are you serious, I've never had a place ask for entire food, and i wasn't about to dig in the trash for $2 more dollars. Hope i don't get food poison!!!!

Me and my daughter came here for lunch while on break and we enjoyed it. The bread was tasty and not hard, the station was clean and they had items covered. The young man training was calm and doing a great job. The women there made our sandwiches, and they came out just right.The only thing id say wasn't great, was watching the women correct the young man in front of the line the way she did instead of pulling him to the side or facing the board whispering. I did feel a bit bad for him. Over all thought, it was a really great visit, and they had great food.

I order from this location multiple times a week. The restaurant is always well maintained and clean. The customer service by all the staff always goes above and beyond! Wish I could give an extra star for them starting to serve the double chocolate chip cookies ?

Handwritten sign taped to door said “Cash only”- should have taken it as a warning. Three kids working who were more interested in talking smack between them than providing any customer service. No provolone cheese- really!?!? I’m sure I could have gotten some at Jimmy Johns across the street. Bread was doughy tasting like it had not been fully baked. On a good note, the place was clean. Will not be back!! ?
